   My workout partners couldn't come because the slots were full. Upon arrival, I checked in and went to my machines. There were 7 children in the gym between the ages of 4-8. One mom had 3 kids with her tying up 4 treadmills, another dad had one child playing with the weights and jumping on and off the bike next to him. Another mom had one on a bike and another on the stair stepper and then she went into the enclosed gym room to do her yoga. The lady on the peloton was not using her earbuds and had the volume blasting so with my earbuds on I couldn't hear the TV over her peloton coach. I complained to the girl at the desk. She shrugged hr shoulders, said they checked in while she was on break. An hour later, she still had not said anthing to ANY of the people mentioned above. It was very upsetting to have the other members turned down and children allowed to use the prime slots. Isn't that whatg Kidtopia is for? What good does it do to have a person at the desk (and alot of times not..when they do nothing. Today I went and couldn't get a time until later. I came early and NO ONE was there. Why did it say the time slots were booked on OpenTable.

   i understand do to covid 19 and restrictions there are not elipticals etc.

   "Delvin" at the gym was so so kind. I told him I needed encouragement for another 5 minutes on the spin bike and he was great! I stayed on for 7 more minutes! Thank you Delvin!

   I was in the outdoor gym even though the equipment is limited I was still able to get a great training session and the attendant was awesome!

   The Gym is very clean and quiet, they are following guidelines you will feel safe and comfortable there.
