Haven’t been to Fisk in a few months and, to my surprise, they have a new menu! Everything was absolutely delicious! Octopus, salmon eclairs, and lobster ravioli appetizers were fabulous! Duck and swordfish were great and, as always, the meatballs were exceptional! Fish Wellington was good, but we preferred the other entrees. Strawberry compote for desert topped off a great night! Ocean provided exceptional service at the bar, and Amanda greeted us and seated us upon entering. We love Fisk and hope they great their Michelin Star soon!

Amazing is the best way to describe my experience! The food and service are top notch. Amanda at front of house was gracious and helpful with parking. Chef Ocean could not have been more attentive and knowledgeable about the food and made some great suggestions. Chef Ebbe came out and talked with us for a bit and was exceptionally nice.

Overall, very good. Food and service were both excellent. As other reviews mention, FisK shares space with EBBE, and the Fisk side seating is BAR ONLY, so just be aware. The Barstools are not super comfortable, or stable, but do the job for a quick meal. One older gentlemen fell when we were there Friday night. Another couple left becaue it was bar seating only. I actually prefer bar seating, but Fisk should really make a point to mention that on opentable or their site, becuase many do not. Circling back to the BAR, it is NOT a full liquor bar, not even a half liquor bar. The cocktails are VERY limited, so keep that in mind. I think they offered 5 different cocktails, and they do not make anything outside of that short list. This review may sound bad, but I honestly don't mean it to be....just informative. As previously stated the service and the food were both EXCELLENT! We would certainly go back and would also certainly recommend Fisk to anyone looking for a high quality Chef created small plate menu!

After having an exceptional experience at Ebbe we decided to check this place out. The ambience is nice. The server/bartender attentive and friendly. Otherwise we did not find the food to be exceptional. The salmon eclair was interesting. The cod came out lukewarm. Beetroot tartar was interesting. Schnitzel was honestly just boring. Fish pie croquettes were tasty and flavorful. Meatballs as my kids say where meh.

We enjoyed our time at Fisk. As soon as we stepped in we were welcomed and seated by friendly staff. Ocean took care of us the whole night and was very attentive to provide a great time and wonderful recommendations. Chef Ebbe also stopped by to say hello. Can’t wait until the next time!

Should be Better I arrived at 5:30pm since I had a 7:30pm curtain at the Straz. No one was in the restaurant and two other parties came in before I left at 7:15pm. The space is two restaurants in one separated by a curtain. On the other side is “Ebbe”, a one Michelin star restaurant where a tasting menu is served. No one ever came into that space. I sat at the bar on the “Fisk” side. The setting is clean and pleasant. The very nice server was able to help me with the menu and made suggestions. I started with the Smoked Salmon Éclair, then moved on to the Fisk Soup, and then the Potato Crusted Walleye entree and finished with the Strawberry Crumble. Everything was pretty good when it should have been at least very good. The cocktail list is very limited and nothing is original, just a few standards. The wine list is also very limited and pretty unimpressive. Prices are on the high side. When I got the check, I was a bit miffed that I was charged $10 for a bottle of water. The server had asked me at the start if I wanted still or sparkling. I said “still” thinking it would be tap water unless asked if I specifically wanted a bottle. So, with tax & tip, it was almost $13. They add a 20% gratuity which is clearly stated on the menu and check. But the gratuity is also taxed which is annoying. I really like tasting menus and would have been interested in the “Ebbe” side. The 11-course menu is $295 with paired wines for $185. With tax and tip that would cost almost $620 for one person. I’m glad I tried the “Fisk” side which only set me back about $170 total for one person. I see no reason to return to “Fisk” or try “Ebbe”, even with its Michelin star.

The food was exceptional. The salmon eclairs and fish croquettes were delicious, although the Swedish meatballs are a showstopper. Our server, Ocean, was so nice and demonstrated a thorough knowledge and familiarity with everything on the menu. She was a pleasure. This was our 1st time at Fisk, but we will definitely be back on a regular basis.
