The service and value were excellent!!
Food was excellent. Great place to go before the theater. Would definitely go back!
This was our first time here, and it definitely won't be the last! Fantastic in every category, especially service!
Oysters, mussels and lobster roll were all delicious! Wonderful service and atmosphere. Highly recommend!!
The table had the Thai mussels and lobster roll. Flavored were wonderful, the mussels did have a nice kick to them.
We had oysters then mussels (with wine and beer), both fantastic, as was the service and setting. Would definitely go back!
Our service was superb. Beginning with a cocktail at the bar with Andreus to our excellent waitress. She had great suggestions for both food and drinks. Really enjoyed our pre-concert dinner with friends
Fisk & Co. is a great choice for "before/after theater dining" now that theaters are again open but worth a visit anytime. With a focus on mussel dishes and casual seafood dining, the atmosphere is more pub-like than a budget busting seafood restaurant. If you've ever had mussels in Brussels, Paris, or elsewhere, you'll appreciate these dishes now in Chicago. On Sunday, Sept. 26 our party of four had the classic mussels (white wine broth) and the Belgian mussels (beer based broth)--both were delicious and worth having more bread to soak up every last drop. My only complaint is that the bread--which was brought to the table multiple times--was sliced exceedingly thin rather than in thick chunks. Our waitress was very professional, friendly, and made sure we were happy during our visit without being intrusive. Outdoor dining was available. The consensus: kudos to the chef for bringing delicious Belgian mussels and beer to Chicago. We'll definitely be back.
Eh, the reviews set this place up as great and it really wasn’t. The waiter was super nice but was so on top of us it was annoying. I almost said STOP HOVERING at one point. The cesar salad was pedestrian and needed salt, the mussels were not good, they were stringy and the thai curry had zero flavor. Overall a dissapointing dinner.
Amir provided excellent service, the food was great. The only problem was a table of 10 near us that were extremely loud—shouting at times. People need to remember they are sharing the space with others!
We were walking around looking for brunch before an event and found this spot on OT. Inside is nice, but we decided to sit outside to enjoy the weather. Food was excellent, and the staff are all so nice!! Our server was super funny, too! Overall great experience. Would definitely go back next time we are in Chicago.
Sea food was excellent, there were 4 of us and we all enjoyed our meals. The service was also great.
The food scallop risotto & burrata was good as well as the lobster roll. However, due to the wonderful ambiance & top notch service I would definitely visit again & reccomend to others.
I hear chef Andrew is amazing!! The food was perfectly prepared and Very tasty. We tried each other’s appetizers and entrees. We will definitely return!
Given the price the food was decent. I've had better oysters and crudo for the same price. I went there for my birthday and the host was nice enough to seat us early and wish me a happy birthday, however I did not receive a dessert for my birthday. When I go to a restaurant like this I usually expect to receive a dessert or for my server to at least wish me happy birthday. Overall while the experience was good, I wouldn't come again and I think there are better places to get seafood in the city.
Very nice Sunday brunch outdoors. Fast friendly service.
My husband and I came to Fisk & Co to celebrate his departure from the military. The manager was so sweet and sent us out a desert and had our server Sam bring it to us. Sam made an inappropriate comment saying "I like people better when they aren't in the military." Our server made us feel so uncomfortable and upset by this comment, as it is the equivalent of Vietnam vets coming home from service and getting spit on. We were taken aback by this comment, and I said to Sam that the comment was highly inappropriate and rude. We proceeded to let the manager know, and she was very understanding and helpful and mentioned she would address the issue. I understand the military is a controversial topic but that should not be something your server shames you for, or even mentions their political opinion on the matter. I was very upset with this issue and I would love to see it fully resolved because we truly do love Fisk & Co's food and atmosphere.
Right on point… 100% :)
The waiter was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was good. For the amount paid, I simply would have expected better ambiance.
I thought we were coming to eat some yummy sea food instead they had a limited brunch menu with eggs and toast? Not what we were looking for
Basic Mussels and Sauvignon Blanc - very good service
Delicious mussels. Big portions. Small menu but great offerings. Caring service. Wonderful for a romantic meal or any special occasion.
Great place. Enjoyed vibe and yummy food
disappointed that only brunch menu available and the most popular item on the menu was not even available that day. Restaurant would not take reservation for 12 ppl had to reserve 2 separate tables NOT IDEAL for a group lunch.
Good place for dinner. Good drinks. Limited menu choice so if you like it you’ll be happy.
We went for brunch on a Monday morning. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast burger was delicious.
Nice place. Service a little slow but given the current state of things understandable
We love Fisk & Co. we always eat here when visiting Chicago. We have never been disappointed.
Known for its mussels and frites, and both were delicious as promised! Nice selection of beer, wine, and cocktails served in an unpretentious atmosphere. Outdoor patio provided great people-watching on a Friday evening. Our server was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed it on the last night of our trip to Chicago.
Fisk & Co. has great food and equally outstanding service.
We went there to celebrate our Anniversary and very much had an enjoyable time.
Service was great. Location and ambience good. Food also was very good.
The drinks and dessert were very good. We had the lobster rolls. Lobster was not over powered by sauce/seasoning but it was slightly overcooked. They were just coming back from COVID so, overall very good. Hopefully they will add some more items to the menu.
Also had breakfast here the next morning. Good pancakes and French toast.
Service was fast, courteous, and professional. Quiet atmosphere. Clean, comfortable place.
Each and every staff member and server was committed to our enjoyment of their restaurant. Food was delicious.
Great foods and even better service. Bethany was good vibes and all the things! Bethany service Made the experience everything and made up for the lack of options and food because it was not dinner or lunch only brunch menu.
Lovely experience. Will definitely go back. Great service. Food was amazing. Lobster roll and burrata salad scrumptious!!
Great place for breakfast
Great happy hour and great service make this restaurant a neighborhood find.
Our bartender and server were amazing. The happy hour oysters were so buttery and delicious and the ambiance was great. We will be back and highly recommend.
