We have been there several times. My Wife and I love the food, the service is extremely good. Its loud though, the ceiling doesn’t not have any noise absorbing materials. Noise bounce everywhere. Also, the music played is horrible. Its really like an elevador or department store kind of music. That Kenny G type music have to be replaced with something more modern that goes along with the overall ambience. Seriously, change the music.

I did request that window side table when reservation, but our table was not. Two dish came together, one was just cooked nice hot, but the other was not hot.

Nice place very pretty, fabulous service. Truly could be an outstanding place given ambiance and location however the food is lack. So so at best. Not a lot of flavor just average. Drinks were very good. Love the location etc but next time we will just go for drinks the food is not worth it.

The waiter that we received was very pushy and short and not very attentive. This was an anniversary dinner for my wife and I. And between the rude patrons fat shaming my wife and the very inattentive service. We will not be back.

This was our first time to Fisherman Jack's and I was impressed. The decor was what caught our eye at the beginning, very well decorated with some intriguing sculptures. I did not even notice the Buddha one until leaving, really cool. The food was delicious as well, we tried a variety of items from the Dim Sum menu and the others. I also got a couple of cocktails and loved them. We will certainly be back as it was a great place to chat while enjoying delicious food.

First time going to this restaurant, took my niece and her husband for their birthdays. Service was a little slow, and I mean in the attention from the server, but I think she may have had a lot of tables. I liked the progression with which the food came out, perfectly timed. The food was amazing, the Mongolian beef could have a religion built around it

Fun new place on the Everett waterfront. Food was tasty and hot. Service was steady and friendly. Seating is in door, out door and bar seating. Reserve a head of time. Seating was prompt on arrival. Dinner for 2 without drinks and no desert was $80+ before tip.

Great food. Service was ok and noise level was barely tolerable. We were a party of two so we could deal with the noise, but a larger party would have a difficult time having a conversation. The food was great. Everything we ordered was fantastic.

So pleased that Jack Ng opened this restaurant. His 3 China City restaurants are our go to when we go out for Chinese food. The food is always excellent and consistant. Fisherman Jacks had a nice menu selection, the view was excellent, the service was spot on... and the food was delicious. We will be back for sure. I do recommend reservations. Now that they are open for lunch... you will see word spread fast & it will get busy! Thanks Jack for another wonderful dining experience.

Finding the entry was a puzzle but once inside we were delighted with the atmosphere. Our waiter, Devin was great. He gave us a quick lesson for ordering, checked in regularly and made us comfortable. The menu is fun, tasty and beautifully plated. We'll be back.

We loved the food at fisherman jacks, but had a very poor experience with the hostess, and so did the table next to us. Our server and busser went above and beyond to sort everything out for us and they were amazing. The food was great too! We also got charged a large party gratuity fee of 20% when our there was 3 adults, one toddler, and a baby in a car seat, so that was odd, but we didn’t question it because our server was great anyways. I would go back, if they got some friendlier, better hostesses!

My second visit and the same main complaint was the noise level. However this time I asked to be seated in a far corner which was a little quieter. Service was very good and once again the food was delicious.

We love eating here. Brought friends here from out of town for an early dinner. Beautiful view, good service and we ate a ton of food. This time our Mongolian beef was not very spicy, so my only comment would be more consistency. But everything was good.

Food lacked depth and spice, we ordered multiple ‘spicy’ dishes, even a side of chili oil, and there was no spice at all. Kinda felt like false advertisement. LOTS of employees however we were never asked if we wanted drink refills or needed anything, they just came around and collected empty dishes.

Make sure to reserve before going - it's busy for good reason. We did this and were seated right away. The restaurant is beautiful with three distinct areas for seating. We were in the glassed-in and heated area closest to the water. Lovely view. Everything I ordered was delicious!! - Hot & Sour soup, Wontons, and NY Cheesecake. One friend ordered the Impossible Dumplings & Fried Rice. We all thought the fried rice was especially tasty. The dumplings offered a lovely presentation, but were short on vegetarian filling. The other friend ordered a cup of Hot & Sour Soup "great value & delicious" was her comment. She also ordered Chicken Lettuce wraps. Also delicious. We'll be back.
