Established in 1999 and proudly celebrating twenty years in Borough Market this year, fish! was the first restaurant of its kind in London. Our concept is simple – providing our customers with the best quality fish, cooked in front of you, in simple and classic ways. Since 1999 our focus has never changed, quality and responsible sourcing is still our main concern…we just look a bit more fancy now!
Our central location in Borough Market means that London’s best produce is right on our doorstep. We are proud to say that we source most of our produce from Borough Market itself, and our fish is delivered daily from our very own fishmonger, Jarvis, which is renowned for its extensive range of the freshest fish and seafood. We're also winners at the National Fish & Chip awards too!

Great service and fun atmosphere. Grilled fish portions are VERY small. Fried fish looked much better value. Wine list good but expensive. Recommend fish and chips and a beer as best value lunch.

Amazing! First time visit and will be back for sure. Great décor, lovely ambience, really knowledgeable staff and of course - delicious (and reasonably priced!) fish! It was my partners birthday and they even brought us a lovely treat. Thank you!

I've been here twice in recent months, visiting London from NYC. I love this restaurant. Fantastic selection of fish, including items rarely seen on most menus even of seafood restaurants. And an excellent fish soup. And reasonable prices. In a fun area of town right near London Bridge

Excellent service. The food came out quickly and at the perfect temperature. Food was delicious, apart from fish and seafood specialties, they also have some other options, however, the favourite choice is the beer battered fish and chips. Really great place, we love this restaurant to come and celebrate together as a (adult) family.

Great lobster! We turned up a lot earlier and staff were really helpful and found us a table. Our waiter was really lovely and thoughtful! And made suggestions when I said I was g/f

Unfortunately wasn’t the greatest experience. The waiter announced on arrival it was his second day and fair enough but over the course of the evening it showed … Got the order totally wrong …was given 2 incorrect bills and for the prices …and the 13.5% service charge …you would expect better. Not going to be rushing back

The fish salad was poor quality and not very fresh. My husband ordered the grilled seabass which costed almost £33 for a small filet and was not well cooked . Not sure what happened to this place , I came months ago and the fish was good .
