The limited seating is round-table, "omakase"-style starring Michael Mina's hand-picked local Fish Sommeliers walking the small seating through each delicious plate. This 5-Course offering features a tailored Amuse-Bouche, then goes into a cold plate, a hot plate, then an entree course, finally finishing with a curated dessert. Various beverages and pairings may be enjoyed a la carte. Maximum seating is 10 guests for this experience, be prepared to sit as a group and get personal time with the Fish Sommelier to enjoy a meal together.
