   Very nice ambiance. Our waiter and the staff was very attentive. The food was really good.

   Dined for dinner with friends. Server was personable and attentive when we arrived. Seldom saw him after we ordered our meals. Water glasses were never refreshed. Extra accompaniments were never received. Upon leaving, saw the server was also responsible for serving bar guests and the bar was busy. Decent wines by the glass list although they were out of some selections. Our table ordered the pasta shells, veal chop and salmon with salads and steak soup for starters. Food overall was average, nothing outstanding or notable. The restaurant was recommended to us and, for the prices we expected higher quality food and service.

   Excellent food in a nice quiet atmosphere. The service was excellent as well. We were pleasantly surprised as this was our first visit to the Fireside Grill. The steaks were grilled to perfection.

   This is a hidden gem! Such a pretty restaurant, top notch service, great cocktails and food.

   Service from the kitchen was slow. Only us 4 and a table of 6. Alcoholic beverage cost is OUTRAGEOUS. Highest price we ever paid anywhere. For that reason, we will not be back.

   My wife & I each ordered soup & an entree. After a long wait, the soup never came & both entrees were not what we ordered. Restaurant & staff were not that busy (even though it was the Saturday evening two days following Valentine's Day), and there was no good reason for the screw up. The restaurant did nothing to compensate or correct the problems. Definitely not going back & will convey this horrible dining experience to our friends.

   Food was okay, service was slow. Probably won’t go back again. There are too many other places with better food and service.

   Amber was a fantastic server. She was the only one there, and she took really good care of us. Gave great suggestions, and was very attentive.

    My wife’s filet was not cooked as ordered. She requested medium well but the steak was medium. Waiter told us it would be discounted however the bill was not adjusted. Cheese on mashed potatoes was room temperature, not melted. We waited for several minutes after receiving the bill to discuss with our waiter but didn’t see him back in the room so we left cash to pay our bill and left.
