Fire Side Grill has a great setting and the building is attractive inside. The menu is expensive but many of the choices available do not live up to expectations. We will return but not often.

Overall it was good. We were out for an 84th birthday and we found it a little loud for chatting with seniors. Some people were very happy with their food but others weren’t so happy. The salmon was very bland, not really any flavour to it. The side dishes with it were odd. About 5 very small pieces of asparagus and some me pan fried potatoes. All very tasteless and very small portions. The seniors were happy with their potions as they had smaller appetites than the younger members of our group. The beverages were excellent and there was a good selection. Dessert was delicious. The server was great, very attentive and when she brought dessert for the birthday girl there was a sparkler in it. Very nice touch. We did feel a bit rushed. We had hoped for a relaxed dining experience but the food came out so fast we felt we were being rushed out. That was disappointing.

Great service and the food was delicious, I had the Buddha bowl and hubby had the lobster roll, the building is really cool and historic!

The menu had something for everyone. Grace, our server, was the best! Wine menu was great too. Overall a great stop on our vacation. If we lived here we would definitely go again!
