One person had Buddha bowl, another the Poke bowl…both excellent. The others shared the calamari and dragon rolls and were very pleased. The server (don’t know her name) was excellent. Desserts were good and a sparkler was added to celebrate a birthday.

The place is awesome. Great service, great food, and fabulous atmosphere. One of my favorite (if not favorite) spots in Victoria.

Wonderful food, great service and nice to see pricing was reasonable. Also nice not to be told you only have a two hour seating. Keep up the great service.

Fire Side Grill has a great setting and the building is attractive inside. The menu is expensive but many of the choices available do not live up to expectations. We will return but not often.

Overall it was good. We were out for an 84th birthday and we found it a little loud for chatting with seniors. Some people were very happy with their food but others weren’t so happy. The salmon was very bland, not really any flavour to it. The side dishes with it were odd. About 5 very small pieces of asparagus and some me pan fried potatoes. All very tasteless and very small portions. The seniors were happy with their potions as they had smaller appetites than the younger members of our group. The beverages were excellent and there was a good selection. Dessert was delicious. The server was great, very attentive and when she brought dessert for the birthday girl there was a sparkler in it. Very nice touch. We did feel a bit rushed. We had hoped for a relaxed dining experience but the food came out so fast we felt we were being rushed out. That was disappointing.
