Brunch was great. The food was delicious, and our server John was positive, helpful and nice. I would happily go again.
The food was over priced. Salad with a handful of greens. Three shrimp for $20.00. No thank you. Very disappointed.
Food and service are excellent. Had a drink with white rum with watermelon and mint. Outstanding. Would definitely get that cocktail again !!!
Excellent service from Susan. Beautiful outdoor setting. Food was good. Burger for my daughter, and shrimp stir fry for me. Both were tasty.
Service was spotty. It took a long time to get our starters, but then our entrees were served before we finished the starters.
This was the best restaurant I have been to in a while. The waitress was very attentive and the food was great. The atmosphere is wonderful and we will be returning to eat there again.
Food & service were great!
The lobster bisque is very good. If you order that, go light with your meal choice.
Very enjoyable experience. Was able to accommodate outdoor seating and the atmosphere was perfect. Food was good too.
Great dinner and glad to see that quality has not changed since pre-pandemic!
Overpriced and mediocre. I order the $48 filet. My two friends ordered burgers and the $20 crab and artichoke dip. Her dip was nothing special, especially for that price. It had HUGE artichoke chunks and barely any crab. We’ve had better, for cheaper. My filet was $48 and definitely not worth that much. The plate was sloppily put together. I ordered the steak medium, it was definitely well done. I said nothing because we had already waited a long time for our food to come out so I just ate it. My steak ended up coming out before my two friends burgers came out. The Mac and cheese was blah. Maybe could give a better review if everything didn’t cost so much. Was excited to try this place out, but turned out pretty disappointing.. I don’t think I’ll go back.
We reserved our table for a little past the lunch rush on a Sunday. We sat in the "outside" area and it was clean and comfortable. Our meals arrived piping hot. I am not one to order a burger, but I did and it was delicious and all of the toppings were fresh. My husband ordered the sticky bun French toast and it was also surprisingly very good. Service was good. Although, my waiter forgot to get my drink order and I didn't bother reminding him. The restaurant is clean. When we arrived, one of the managers was spraying down and wiping menus. Overall, a good experience. My husband and I would return. I guess the only con was not being able to add a side of eggs to our brunch order. When we asked the waiter if this was possible, he said that it would cost $12 to add a side of 2 scrambled eggs... which is insane because a side of breakfast potatoes, bacon, etc. was ~$5.
Everything was ok except my Apple Martini. It was the worst.
Food was good, service was great. Temperature inside restaurant was uncomfortably warm.
Everything was nice but a little pricey
We sat outside and had two female servers, I believe Olivia and another lady. Both were lovely and very attentive. Food was delicious. We had the artichoke and crab dip and then for dinner had scallops and the boneless short rib entrees. Everything was very good!
Ther food and service were great. We sat inside the noise was a bit on thr high end.
Lovely modern space, very open. Lots of seating options indoor, the bar and outdoor. Staff are very welcoming. Delicious burgers and fries and the menu has something for everyone.
Our server was awesome and very attentive. The White Cheddar Cornbread was amazingly good. We had wings and
the Wood Fire Rotisserie Half Chicken Meal. We really enjoyed the food and the restaurant!
Service was terrible.
Firepoint was an okay dining experience, we probably wont be back. First, our waitress was nice, but I felt like we were an inconvenience. She walked by a lot, but didn’t check in all that often. Next, the timing of our food delivery was WAY off. Ordered salads and appetizers - basically, everything came out together. So we sent the main courses back until we were done with the appetizers - I’m sure they sat around for 15 minutes.
Drinks were very good, food was tasty.
It was great. Ciara was our waitress and she was wonderful!
It was very nice. We were seated in right away. The waitress was nice. The food was great.
A cool setting and a great menu for meat eaters. I assume the staff will soon be wearing masks?
Great food & service as always. Clean and friendly staff
One of the worst service experiences my friends and I have ever had. The manager David was the rudest person we’d ever met. The waitress was combative. We felt as if we were in the twilight zone. They made a mistake with a mock tail and my friend who doesn’t drink almost drank an alcoholic beverage. They were so mean and rude based on THEIR mistake. After several rounds of being treated horribly, we cancelled our food order and left because we thought they would do something to our food. This is my second time experiencing appalling juvenile combative service at this restaurant. Four moms in their 40’s will never, ever, return. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
Pizza was excellent. Crab cakes were cold but did not complain because we were with a group. Service and atmosphere were excellent.
Great atmosphere and excellent service
Reserved for a Saturday brunch after finding out they have a brunch menu on Saturday as well as Sunday!! We were able to sit outside which was lovely. Only downside, for me, bulk of tables were high tops. Special cocktail menu for brunch. We all had breakfast type food which was delicious. Home fries are really good. Opted for dessert because I love creme brûlée! Service was friendly and good. It was a leisurely time so we were able to sit and chat & not feel rushed.
It was a great experience
Our waitress was very professional and courteous. She made our dinner very pleasant. I would recommend going here.
We had a nice family dinner. The food was good, though not memorable (except the fried olives!) and our excellent server cheerfully made several requested substitutions to accommodate various dietary restrictions. Portion sizes were medium-large. Prices were on the high side, especially for drinks. Won't rush back, but might eat there again.
Excellent food choices, very nice ambiance and wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable and spot on with refills and clearing your table. Ask for Faye, she was excellent.
We were concerned because our reservation was at the end of the night but the service and food was as good as if we were the first meal of the night.
Everything was phenomenal
We were waited on by Jon and he did a wonderful job making sure our dinner was memorable.
Everything was great! John our server was very polite and knowledgeable and his assistant Chris was friendly.
Poor timing & rushed. Salads & entrees brought out before we even finished apps & cocktails. Ended up boxing up our meals so we could enjoy the appetizer and salad that we shared. When questioned the poor timing waitress just asked if we wanted them to keep entrees warm in the kitchen. It was a nice evening & outdoor space is lovely. Should have just had drinks & a pizza or apps and kept it simple. Staff did not seem to care.
The setting outside was absolutely lovely. The waitress was nice. The food was so so little bit salty …
I love fire point it’s one of favs always on point good food, great value and good folks thanks for always making us feel at home.
Music too loud. Lot of under 40 year olds, with no masks.
Slaw was ok...nothing special
