The food was tremendous and the service was great! My teenage kids thought the fried chicken dinner was the best food they enjoyed all week. The gumbo was spectacular as well. A must stop in Key West!!

Had a strange experience that I think boiled down the hostess making the experience awkward. We ordered a drink and left. We are respectful of local mask mandates but found it strange that the hostess told us we must wear our mask outside, at our table when a staff member ie her and any servers approached. She shared that she had her first vaccine shot. We didn’t really care, as my guess is a doctor and has been fully vaccinated for months. We came to enjoy a great dinner on a beautiful night. Every other restaurant in Florida and other states we travel has not made that request, especially while seated outside. It was not going to be an enjoyable experience to play pull our mask up and down in anticipation of our sever. Hence we left. If this is company policy fine. But if your hostess is pushing this narrative, it’s a terrible way to start an evening and should be addressed.

Solid place with great Covid protocols. Food was good. We had the Chicken, Mac n cheese, and shrimp and grits. I would order multiple appetizers as they were really small. Would dine again.

We come to Key West every year and always eat at FireFly. Not sure that we will go back though. The food was good and our table service was good but the hostess had a horrible attitude and we almost left.

Food was good. We sat outside- the empty lot across the street is a bit detrimental to the ambiance but overall a pleasant experience.
