Our server barely checked in us and forgot to bring our requested condiments. It was more frustrating because sure we could see him attentively serving a family who arrived after us. The restaurant was not even that fun for the delayed service e dealt with.

Had came to Firebirds as a group for prom. The customer service was on point. Hostess’ had amazing energy and were very polite and respectful. Our table was cleaned. The waiter was very respectful and polite. He was also very caring. The food came out in a timely manner and was fresh and hot. Definitely 10/10 and I recommend. I will come here more often.

We made a reservation with Firebirds for a group of 15 and they put us in a prime location. Everything was set up when we arrived. We were there to celebrate my son and his closest friends HS graduation. The waiter and waitress assigned to our group were phenomenal. I really appreciated how well everyone was treated. The food was great and everyone enjoyed themselves. Thank you for making this event great!

We had Alexis as our waitress. She was absolutely outstanding. She was the best most attentive server we have ever had. She was personable, courteous, and charming. I wanted to take her home. My whole family loved her! Give her a raise!!

A quick date night with the wife? There is no better place to get a perfectly cooked steak wrapped in bacon and firewood-smoked to perfection! The spicy queso style potatoes make a perfect meal with just the right mix of fancy dinner guests and family’s trying to avoid cooking Friday Dinner. Definitely recommend!

We visited Firebirds today to take advantage of Military Appreciation Day. The service was excellent, the food was fantastic (as usual), and we love the ambiance of the restaurant. Our server was attentive, kind, and even thanked my husband for his service in a very respectful manner.

Group of 11 people, with 5 of them veterans, went for Armed Forces Week lunch. We were promptly seated. Waiters were very friendly and attentive. Drink orders were taken right away followed by food orders. Food arrived within a reasonable time and there were no mixed up orders which is not usually the case with large groups. Everyone enjoyed their lunch choice. Fresh ingredients hot from the kitchen and prepared as described. Thanks for a lovely meal and for recognizing our veterans.
