    First visit and we really enjoyed our meal.. Ordered the prime rib and blue cheese filet, both were cooked as ordered and very goods, the loaded potatoes were the best I’ve ever had, fresh and hot. The mascota sangria was amazing. The crème brûlée cheesecake is a must have. Service was very good also. Definitely will be back.

    We took our dad there for an early Father’s Day meal. We arrived around 5 pm so the restaurant wasn’t crowded. The hostess was very slow to seat us and wasn’t pleasant at all. Our server, on the other hand, was attentive and very helpful. All 3 of us got some version of steak and it came out at the right wellness temperatures. We had the chocolate cake for dessert. Downgraded a point for the face the air conditioner vent overhead was dripping condensate. Also, tabletop felt sticky and dirty.

    Easy check in with a reservation. Waiter was very friendly and engaged. Great menu selection. Taste was delicious. I ordered the tomahawk pork chop and charred carrots. I loved it all. My boyfriend ordered the spicy chicken pasta. He enjoyed it as well. Beautiful interior. It was pretty loud, but it was a busy night with a lot of paetrons. However, we were not crowded, felt very comfortable. Parking was easy. Price was fair.

    Manager just stood at his laptop the entire time while the kitchen was absolute chaos. Waiters seemed to be arguing with the kitchen. Our server tried his best but it was his first night “alone”.

    Our first time dining at Firebirds... we moved here from Denver a little over a year ago, and made a point of dining here at last! We'd heard a lot of positive feedback. It was a great experience, and the food was terrific. We appreciate the variety on the menu, as we have different preferences. Our server, Natasha, was excellent and was well versed in the menu and all other questions we posed. -- Our one observation: The entire place needs some TLC. The wood work, tables and chairs, bathrooms...I could go on. The owners and management need to know that if they want to curate a top-notch, competitive experience, AND maintain their pricing, then the ambiance needs as much attention as the menu and service.

    The food was cooked just right and the port mushrooms were to die for!! Our server was wonderful and made sure everything was as we ordered, even giving my husband a nice slice of caramel crème boule!!!
