I ate in the middle of the afternoon, so I can't comment on what the noise level would be at a normal mealtime, but the ambience generally was very nice, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. I ordered the strawberry and shrimp salad with balsamic vinaigrette, also had seasoned pecans and hicama. It was absolutely delicious! I cleaned the (huge) bowl so well that they scarcely needed to clean it afterwards.

Our party of six was seated and the server came by to take drink orders. It seemed they were out of everything we tried to order - two different draft beers and a mocktail. This was 5:30pm on a Saturday evening. The server brought our appetizers but no utensils/napkins. We stopped a manager walking by the table for utensils and napkins and she told us they were out and were waiting for some from the dishwasher. We were surrounded by empty tables with place settings and wrapped silverware but were forced to wait for silverware from the dishwasher. When our server came by, we again asked for utensils and napkins and she once again disappeared. We ended up taking the utensils/napkins for a neighboring table that was sitting there unused. The food was the only thing that was good on this visit. I wouldn't return if they were the last restaurant on the face of the planet!

The appetizers were great we had the lobster queso and the cheesesteak egg rolls. Both were wonderful as well as our drinks. The entrees were so so, one person had the chicken sandwich and said it was dry another had the salmon and said it was a little overcooked. The steak I had was good and cooked medium as I asked but I felt I got a smaller portion compared to what I’ve had here before and my broccoli could have used a little butter it was very dry. Dessert was good we had the cheesecake and the brownie and they were very good. The service was great I just wish our main courses matched the service and the two minor courses.

We greatly enjoyed our anniversary dinner here...it was a very nice atmosphere, not quiet by any means, but upbeat and fun yet the lighting made each table seem cozy. The food was delicious, service on point and the drinks were generous compared to most restaurants. We had the lobster queso dip as an appetizer and it was decadent and delicious. Next, we were served a fantastic loaf of freshly baked bread And butter which was the best we have had at any restaurant, ever. I had the salmon with veggies for my entree which was very good, though I would have preferred a bit less well done, but my fault for not asking for that...still wonderful taste. My husband had the bacon wrapped filet and it was cooked perfectly at his request of medium rare. His loaded baked potato was a nice accompaniment as well. We were too stuffed to get dessert but I have my eye on the key lime pie for next time. We are planning to come once a month! A must visit in St. Charles!!!

Always enjoy Firebirds. Steak this visit was tough and overdone although I asked for medium rare to rare. No one came back to check on the food.

Used to be one of our favorite places but service has been going down... third time it has taken an hour from ordering to get food, waitress service really slow too

I ordered Chicken Pineapple. The chicken was too done and dry. Broccoli side was mostly yellow. Was very disappointed. Previous visits to Firebirds the food was always good, that’s why I chose it for Easter.

Tenderloin Steak Salad! Be sure to get the steak cooked done. It can come out pretty rare!

We absolutely loved our whole experience at Firebirds. The service Sox food were phenomenal! We will definitely be back.

Fantastic food. A little pricey but worth it for a special occasion. Service a tad slow. My friend had Sprite and when they came around filling water glasses and topped her Sprite off with water.

The jalapeno deviled eggs, spinach salad, the meat loaf are some of my favorites

Salmon was hard and crusty, steak was what I call red meat which would never cook right. Frozen strawberry margarita had no strawberry flavor. Loaded potato was excellent and key lime cheese cake was good especially whipped topping. Expected what we get in Phoenix but wasn’t there.

The prime rib was very underwhelming, seasoning was lacking, just not that flavorful. Ribeye totally lacked even the basic salt & pepper, disappointing. The pineapple chicken though was quite good. Had higher expectations since it was a wood fired grill. The meal was quite expensive also to sit in a booth. Our waitress was fabulous and totally on top of things, very attentive. Would recommend but not the steaks.

Was an early Easter dinner with the family and it was delicious! We had a very enjoyable experience and our food and service was top notch!

The restaurant was beautiful; however, my experience began at the door with the greeter and extended to our server who spent more time with the table next to us shooting the breeze, than updating us on food, which took almost an hour to receive, make sure we were okay and provide utensils.

Our service was exceptional . The waiter Andy I believe was his name was phenomenal ! The steak was tender just a little bland but overall everything was great .

I always like the food and the service is always good but I didn’t think they did a very good job of spacing tables and social distancing.

My Salmon was wonderful. There was an issue with my friends steak but they made it right!

This is a go-to place for dinner with friends. From the salads to the salmon the entrees do not disappoint.

Very nice restaurant with a great atmosphere. The menu had quite a few choices at decent prices. Dinner for two with 1 app, 2 entrees, 2 cocktails, and one dessert was $100.

Firebirds is a great restaurant with delicious food.

The host at the front was rude. She didn’t want to give us menu’s until our entire party showed up. 3 out of 6 of us were already there.

Always nice to be able to get in rather quickly - one of our favorite places!! Steak was prepared perfectly just kind of fatty .... but otherwise good food. Very nice waiter.

Everything was very good. I occasionally eat at a Firebird's in Charlotte and enjoyed the St. Charles location equally as well.

The bartenders were great and personable behind the bar.

Ordered the center cut sirloin and it was cooked to perfection. The Parmesan mashed potatoes were also a perfect compliment to the steak. The atmosphere was conducive to a great business discussion and my group thoroughly enjoyed themselves!

My boyfriend and I had the best experience here. The food was downright incredible and every suggestion was spot on! Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and sweet as well! From apps to dessert, there’s not a bad thing that I would say about this place. Highly recommend 👌🏼

Unfortunately we were not impressed. Server was not as attentive as she should have been and we went without water refills for too long. We all ordered alcoholic beverages, 2 rounds, and each time it took over 15 mins to get them. My friend ordered a red wine to have with his steak and it didn't get to the table until he was finished with his plate. The salmon I ordered was over cooked and dry. My boyfriend stated his steak was nothing impressive and that we paid way too much for the quality of food we had. Not sure if we will be back.
