   Good attentive service during busy hour. Huge menu and hard to decide. Too much dressing on caesar salad. Dinner portions are huge though.

   Made reservations for 4:30 for Mother's Day. Didn't get seated until 45 mins later. I took my Mother-in-law for Mother's Day and she order a chicken entre and the chicken was to tough to eat. Service was very slow. This the 2nd Mother's Day I have made reservations at Firebirds and both Mother's we have had to way way very our reservations.

   Usually, we enjoy dining here. But yesterday they were definitely off. Meal arrived cold. Long wait both for our table and for the food. They seem to have over booked and we're short staffed in the kitchen.

   The smoked wings and the onion rings were great. The Smokehouse Burger and the ribs were very tasty as well. It would be awesome if there were more vegetables that are not potatoes. The lighting in the restaurant's bathroom needs to be improved. They are so dark that it looks scary in the bathrooms.

   Decent little experience or what not! Had a little burger or what not and it was pretty delicious!

   Stood at host stand for too long. Host was not energetic. Waitress was great. Floor was dirty. Tables were dirty.

   Had a reservation that was not a reservation, got seated 30 minutes later, was given comp. Ordered food and drinks. Got most of the way completed with dining and had to ask for the drinks we ordered. Meanwhile tables around us were served two to three rounds in the time it took us to get our first and we had to ask for it. Not a good experience overall but quality food.

   We went at 1:45 was fairly quiet after lunch rush. Staff was slow, nice but slow. Food was slow to come and all Luke warm at best. My ribeye was super fatty (which happens sometimes but still disappointing). I ordered the steak medium rare and it was but the temp on the outside was too cold to melt the Cajun butter even. Over all an it was ok, nice looking place, fun menu, but overall disappointing. I don’t need a return visit.

   Great dinner! Variety of food selections (salad, steak, pasta) and all were delicious! Good service and personable staff.
