   We had a really nice Easter meal at Firebirds! We ate outside on a really nice day! The service was great (unfortunately I don’t remember the servers Jane but she was really great) and the food was outstanding!!! We will definitely be back!!!

   Kitchen was very slow, but it was Easter and our server was doing his absolute best to keep us updated on when we could expect our food. Maybe in the future send out a complimentary app or something to tie us over

   Easter brunch was very nice. Salads are large portions and delicious. Very friendly service. This will be a regular dining spot.

   We were seated immediately and the service was great. I will say, the appetizers were better than the some of the entrees we ordered.

   I really wish I could have made this a positive review. The only reason my family went was because I was given a gift card since my last experience was so bad. I was hoping that it was just a bad day that I had previously caught them on but clearly that is not the case. The service was awful. The server clearly had too many tables and couldn’t provide good service. We were never offered bread and our appetizer was not given to us until after we all started our entrées. I ordered my steak medium but it came back very well done to the point that the manager noticed and took it back without me even asking. The food also lacked flavor which is not typical for firebirds as I’ve been there before. However the manager was phenomenal! Her name is Mandy and she deserves to be at a better restaurant. She was amazing and made everything right for us. She was great with customer service, and she took off our appetizer since we got it so late. Awesome service from Mandy but not from anyone else

   It was very busy. We didn’t really see our server that much. My steak that I ordered Medium came out medium well. But was not that dry and was hungry so I went ahead and ate it. Everything else was ok.

    Food was excellent. In spite of a packed house, Nichole provided excellent service and checked on us regularly. Enhancing our dining experience.
