   Man this was disappointing. The steak itself was good! Everything else was subpar.. The bread service is probably the worst I’ve had and don’t get me started the lobster queso. It had little to no lobster and was the consistency of watered down cream soup. It was so liquidy it wouldn’t stick to the chip and we just had dribbles of “queso” all over our table. We ended up just eating the chips and taking the queso Togo to cook down because we’re not wasting the almost $19 price tag in this economy. The service was indifferent and the bathrooms smelled like sewage. The highlight was the host! He held the door for us upon our arrival and exit and was very friendly and warm.

   Good foodand excellent service is always a constant at Firebirds in Midlothian.

   Firebirds has been, and remains, our favorite restaurant in the Midlothian, VA, area. Very highly recommended!!

   Love the portion sizes and flavors as well as choices. Prices have gone up more than most I think. Had a reservation but still had to wait even though I as handicapped. Taken to one of the farthest tables past a smaller one. There was only 3 of us. Several employees came and asked if we were satisfied with our meals. Doubt we will go back as the prices seem steep.($19.00 for a salad.)

   Held an employee luncheon for 11 people. Great experience. All the dishes came out on time. Service was great. Highly recommend.

   We’ve been to this Firebirds a bunch. The food is always good. However, service can be slow, not sure why although it appears the servers have too much territory to cover - lean staff. That said the servers are good if extended and try to help. Overall, the prices continue to rise. Not quite worth it.

    Great night with our family visiting from out of town. They’d come from England and it was the first time at Firebirds. They’d come from waiter Austin was fantastic and made our night even better. Food was excellent.
