Top notch service, wait staff, food presentation and taste were all Top Tier! This was Father’s Day Dinner for my Husband. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend.

The food, with one exception, was very good. The service was great for the first half of our visit and left a lot to be desired during the second half. When we arrived the dining room was full of smoke, although it was ok by the time we left. The noise level is high. The one food item that was not very good was the bread pudding.

Visited on a Sunday night. Main dining room quiet but appeared to be two large birthday parties in one section, which mayt explain the rest of this review. Service was seriously slow. Took over 15 minutes to get a waiter, then another 10 to get water and place drink orders. So nearly half an hour before we could place appetizer order. Drink orders took another 15 minutes to arrive. Most of the food was tasty, but the pork chop was way over cooked and the sirloin on the $26 salad was 50% gristle. Way over priced in my opinion, all around. The waiter was apologetic and we were sent home with a free piece cheesecake. That was a nice gesture but certainly didn't make up for the poor showing of the $26 sirloin topped salad. We have always loved Firebirds, but this visit was extremely disappointing.

We eat here often. This time the salmon piece was noticeably smaller than ever. The ribs were great.

Had a very nice experience and our waitress was awesome. Her name was Tanteanna or something like that. Pretty name!

First, we had reservations, but were not seated for about 20 minutes afterwards. My assumption is that they were waiting on staff to show up. We ordered two identical meals but they looked and tasted like two different types of ribs; one was dark and the other light. The portions on the sides were not equal and we did not get any bread until we were finished with the meal.

Our server was amazing and the food was great! The food came out promptly and was hot and delicious. Our server, Arman, made the experience even better! He was professional, attentive, and kind.
