We had a wonderful experience at Firebirds on a Sunday afternoon at 5pm. Our server Carla was extremely attentive and helpful and made good recommendations. The bread was one of the best that I’ve had and the appetizer and all 4 entrees were very tasty and the portion sizes were great. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Firebird made my birthday the best experience. Jenessa was our amazing waitress and took the best care of us. She made it look like a piece of cake handling my large party of 9. My family from out of town has made it know the prime rib was the best they ever had! We will be coming back to enjoy the amazing food and drinks!

We were a large table, about 10 people, and even though we had a later reservation, we came in a little early expecting to wait but we had only waited 5 minutes and our table was ready. The servers were amazing. They were probably my favorite part of the whole experience. She was so sweet the whole time and I felt bad that we were 10 people with separate checks but she was so nice and treated us outstandingly. The food was as good as I thought but the service was what made the place stand out.

Our dinner was delivered before we received our salads. We made the server aware of the problem decided not to have the salads since we already had the dinner. The manager came by apologized for the error and offered a free dessert. Really appreciate the way it was handled and the fact that the manager came by to apologize. Waitress did a good job and possibly the kitchen should have made certain the salads were served before getting the hot foods out. For the price of a meal it should be leisurely served not fast food. That said the food was very good. All four of enjoyed the meal. Waitress was very sweet with

Went to celebrate two birthday, service and food was wonderful. We were happy they had baby back rib as a special the night we went.

We have eaten at this restaurant for years. This was our worst experience with them food-wise. They managed to have the food be overcooked and luke warm. Most of us had a steak and nobody's was cooked like we ordered. Even a bad Firebirds meal is better than most places great meals. We hope this was a one-time occurrence.
