    Gabriel was a very kind and knowledgeable, server that paid attention to detail and wanted to ensure my family had a nice time for my dad’s birthday. Thank you Gabriel, we all enjoyed ourselves !

    Special thanks to Gabriel, our server, at the Pembroke Pines, Florida, location. I must admit. I dined at Firebird back in 2017, and it wasn't my favorite experience. Recently, I returned, and I was blown away with the quality of the food, service, and experience. I really like the $39.00 three-course option. Overall, I will be making this my regular location and hangout for a quality meal.

    Service was great, food was good, but cocktails were not good. Ordered an Old Fashion and it tasted like pure syrup. Switched to straight liquor and was fine. Food and ambience were great though.

    Dinner was excellent. Server was super attentive and food came out fresh made and delicious. We keep coming back for all these reasons!!

    The baby-back ribs were wonderful! And they went well with Acrobat Pinot Noir!

    Service better than the food which wasn’t bad. $75 for steak and lobster. Both grilled. Not worth $75. Lobster should have been steamed. Got a Lemon drop martini, lots of lemonade not much Vodka. I’ll try someplace else for that kind of money.
