We went for Father’s Day so obviously it was packed but, we were seated within a few minutes (reservations) and had a blast. Everything was amazing!

Special thanks to Gabriel, our server, at the Pembroke Pines, Florida, location. I must admit. I dined at Firebird back in 2017, and it wasn't my favorite experience. Recently, I returned, and I was blown away with the quality of the food, service, and experience. I really like the $39.00 three-course option. Overall, I will be making this my regular location and hangout for a quality meal.

Service was great, food was good, but cocktails were not good. Ordered an Old Fashion and it tasted like pure syrup. Switched to straight liquor and was fine. Food and ambience were great though.
