Attentive waiter! Clean environment. Social distancing was perfect. Food was amazing!
Great service yummy food. Had a great time for my birthday.
The service and food was amazing! I am a new RN graduate and the team surprised me with a complementary delicious desert!!! Thanks you for making my night so special!
The service was okay, our waitress took forever. My steak was over cooked and so was my baked potato.
While the appetizers, drinks, and dessert were amazing, the entree left much to be desired. Our steaks and shrimp lacked flavor. The kitchen should look into developing the flavors better. The price did not match the quality.
Would not recommend. The price is too high for the service experience and the quality of food. Very unimpressed. Restaurant is nice vibe and décor wise, but that's the best think about it. More in depth below.
I decided to treat my boyfriend to a nice dinner. We are accustomed to the Hyde Parks and Flemings of the world so I thought this would be a nice restaurant to try. Not as expensive, but it should still be great food since its in Pinecrest right? NO. Starting off, our waitress was nice but inexperienced. We each ordered a bottle of wine, she didn't know the bottle that my boyfriend ordered and had to clarify with him. No big deal, the problem is it took a long time to come out, and when she brought it out, it was the wrong bottle. She brought out too bottles of mine. Next, the food, we had the Lobster queso, while it wasn't bad, our chips that came with it were stale and some were too overly salted. Would have much rathe preferred Pita or toasted bread. The bread and butter that was brought out was hard as well. hard to cut. Can't speak on the taste as I didn't have any but was hard to cut. For meals, we each got a steak and mashed potatoes, my filet mignon was alittle under cooked (not a big deal to me though I like mine medium well). My boyfriends steak was supposed to be cooked medium rare, majority of it was blue rare. wasted steak. The mashed potatoes we sticky and not smooth. Definitely will stick to your throat without a drink present. Overall I was unimpressed. We will not be back and we do recommend this restaurant.
Our waitress Cici was so friendly and attentive! Food was really great as well! Will definitely go back!
Poor service in every aspect. The hostess was poor, did not even record my party arriving for my reservation via Open Table, social distancing was not adequate, and the waitress, although very nice, did a very poor job with our orders, checking on us, and bring us what we requested multiple times. The overall experience this evening was terrible ☹️
Service was spectacular and he knew a great deal about wine to be able to provide options for taste.
The sirloin steak was just OK and I mentioned it only because it’s traditionally a steakhouse. It was just bland although cooked medium rare as I asked. The ribeye was much better.
Kenneth our server was awesome. The files and lobster was perfect. We will definitely be back.
The food was delicious. My drink was a little strong, but overall things were great!
Service was terrible. After waiting 20 mins, I had to flag down a server to ask who would be waiting our table. Only for it to take an additional 5 mins.. for someone to come. Took forever to get out appetizers and drinks that we ordered when she greeted us bc of the long wait. My entree was extremely salty. 100 down the drain 😡
Met my father for dinner. Consistently good
Beautiful place to eat at food was amazing waiter messed up a couple things but the food was good
When we sat down I waited 15 minutes and asked another waitress if they could find out who my waiter was. When my food came out it was cold. I asked to speak to the manager, when he came out he complained about the associates as well. I can say he did take my meal off but. Just not what I expected.
food was OK, service was good. the place is average at best over rated to me. Their prices are a little high for the quality of their food.
Had a very nice experience, food was great and so was the server Josh. Besides the mixup on the reservation which delayed us the experience was great!
Love this place! Great for a special occasion. Food is so good and you get hearty portions. Even the salad with your dinner is large. Staff have always been kind and it has a great ambiance. One of my favorite places! It’s a little more expensive so that’s why I really only go for special occasions but it’s worth it! Plus I live on the west side and this is East side.
My dining experience was absolutely wonderful!! The waite staff was on point in seating us and taking care of our needs. So enjoyable!!
Nothing really to write home about. It was better than Austins Grill but not as good as Morton's or more mid-upscale steakhouses. Would spend the extra $30 and go across the street to Red Steakhouse.
On a positive note, their Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls are VERY yummy.
Food is too expensive for no reason & it took forever to order our food and receive our bill so we could leave
Very good overall experience; decent prices, wide menu, fast service. I’d go back again, thank you!
I had a great time with friends and family for my Birthday in the private patio area. This was my first time dining at Firebirds. The service and food were excellent! I even went back for dinner pick-up a couple days after! I will be back again. 😊
Please keep the specials; the 19.99 steak is what brought us in the door and we really appreciated the deal.
My server had a very dry attitude. She wasn’t interested in our dining experience. As soon as she lates our plates on the table she walked away. I had to flag down another server several times for additional condiments. We also asked twice if we could sit at a booth and was told they were reserved for people with reservations although we indeed had a reservation and were not walk-ins. Outside of the service the food was delicious!
The service was horrible and rushed the steak was ordered medium well but came out well done but the wine and pricing and ambiance was great
Dinner meeting with out of town business associate from Southern California. He rated this restaurant on par with some very good restaurants in Southern California. I think that’s a good sign.
Nice ambience and the staff was very attentive. However, for the price point the food lacked flavor.
I didn’t pay for my ribeye age steak dinner it was burnt I told them specifically I didn’t want it burnt so we paid for what we did have which was about $80 n pack up my husband plate n left...oh in they didn’t have egg rolls they didn’t tell me until after I other my appetizers n they had a manager come tell me they didn’t have any
I made reservations for 5:45pm and we didn’t get seated til 6pm. Then once seated, several severs walked passed us for at least 15 mins before we received a menu, water or bread. The drinks were great, salads and food. Our server was great once he came and offered to serve us. Won’t be returning no time soon. Mediocre at its finest.
Food was good as per usual, slight confusion after being sat, we waited almost 30 min to place order.... took my sister for her b-day her first time there
The service could have been much better. We had to flag down our server every time we needed anything.
The food was delicious 😋 and my server was awesome 👏
Not a good experience for 1st visit. We had a 20min wait past our reservation time. Service was friendly but slow. Food was very expensive and not good quality. Filet was very tough - not tender and broccoli was not cooked. The manager had meal recooked but filet was still not tender. Delmonico was tasty though. Don’t think we will return.
We have waited 25 min to be seated which we had a reservation and I put a note says “Anniversary”. They tried to give us a table where it is nearby their main door and that section was pretty much noisy. They didn’t even care that was our anniversary, actually hostess didn’t even mention to our server at all. Our serves was not good either. They gave us a small appetizer plate to share 1 entree and one seafood pasta diner portion. I regretted to pick that restaurant for our anniversary. I wish I could have picked Capital Grill like last year because I know I would have had a high class serves.
Thank you very much.
First time dining in and it was great. Made reservations on line seated right away great servers, food was great steaks were perfect cooked just how we ordered them to be.
Great food, as always. But the service was horrible. We didn’t receive silverware or bread, our food came out room temperature, and I didn’t receive my 2nd refill until we got the check. I went here for my 23rd birthday and wanted an amazing experience, but Firebirds didn’t deliver like they usually do.
Great service. The food was awesome. Friendly staff.
Did not practice social distance between tables. Servers did not cover noses with face masks. Will not go back
