It was an enjoyable experience. The ambience was relaxing, the service and food excellent. Booths were large and spacious.

Service was poor, food was OK, deviled eggs too salty and ribs too salty and the onion rings had no flavor. Broccoli was over cooked, 2 appetizers were good. Manager ask how we were doing, but did not want to acknowledge the salty food, his attitude was very dry, not welcoming at all. Gave us an Happy Anniversary card when it was her birthday. Told the waiter twice it was a birthday, still receive an Happy Anniversary Card, not for sure if this was a joke! Came from out of town to Firebirds will not rush back. I believe it was a bad day for the manager and waitress on a Sunday and someone sabotage the food with salt, manager definitely not aware. Will not be rushing back.
I am a firm believer that even if the food is bad, if the customer service is excellent I would return because the waitress and manager had a great energy and smiles . This Sunday April April 11 was a bad service day, and the food on a scale of 1-10 was a 5.
Good food but great service. Our waitress, Nye, was excellent.
Food was delicious. Service was extremely slow. We were informed by our server that 4 employees quit this week.
Our server was inattentive and was not able to split the check properly.
Had to send food back, not hot. Asked waitress for cream, her reply was ok, if I can find where it is. Never offered refill, never brought bread to table. Very poor service. I Brought a friend who was never there before. She said she would never come back.
Everything was great hit cocktails are not generous at all. I did not order another alc beverage because the one I got wa poor!
Nothing out of the ordinary here. Many other good restaurant choices in the Pinecrest area that we will choose next time
Very disappointed they did not have their signature pasta dish! We went for lunch, so, hopefully it was remedied by dinner. Won't be back! Our server was very apologetic and personable!
Hospitality was great but had two (2) issues with our foos!
This was my first visit. The young man behind the bar was kind and made a great cocktail. Ordered the grilled salmon , green beans and loaded baked potato. The salmon and loaded baked potato were overly salty for my taste. The service and cocktail helped balance out my overall experience.
Restaurant is an excellent place to enjoy lunch-lots of menu combos available at reasonable prices. Prices jump on dinner menu with only 1 side included in the price.
Waitstaff pleasant but still very inexperienced-manager at Easter dinner very busy placating customers-place seemed understaffed-very long wait for dinner.
Consider more pasta combos.
We have been Firebird’s fans for 10+ years (started in Richmond). This location opened soon after we moved to the Cleveland area and I was thrilled! Have had some good experiences until this visit. I didn’t know that a table wasn’t guaranteed with a reservation so we waited for 20 min. Not a big deal. We were eventually seated in the bar area (not really my preference for this Easter dinner, but ok). We came for the prime rib and by 5pm all that was available was well done. The prime rib was the main reason I chose Firebird’s. We settled for Ribeye which was fine (I thought it was a little salty and I am a salt girl!), the green beans (my favorite!) were over done and soggy, potato was fine. Service was just ok. Lots of wait time for our wine. He even took our appetizer order before our drink order and we still waited too long (in my opinion). The bar area was loud and the front door staff were quite loud and it was all very unprofessional. All this and it’s still limited seating due to COVID. I can’t imagine what it would have been like if there was full seating and more staff. So we were disappointed in this visit. I sure hope our next visit won’t be our last but if this level of service is the norm, I’m afraid it will be.
We ordered rib-eye steaks that weren't the same size and were also tough. We did get great service from our waiter Brandon.
Very disappointing. I was there once before about a month earlier and had a wonderful experience that I returned on Easter. Service was slow, dishes were dirty and I he dood was definitely not worth it. I told my concerns to the waitress and she never did anything about it. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

It was a amazing experience for my first time. Food was great! And the atmosphere was nice and quiet not to loud also the the food was awesome! Will definitely recommend 👍🏾
We went to celebrate a family member's birthday. The food was EXCELLENT! The service however, could have been MUCH better. We constantly had to flag down our waiter and waitress because they didn't check on us to see if we needed anything. When we did request something, it took forever for us to receive it. I attempted to place a to go order and had specific instructions about excluding an item. The waitress repeated my order to make sure she had it correct, and she did. However, when I received my order ONE HOUR LATER, it wasn't made as I requested it. My whole family was dissatisfied with the service, though we all agreed the food was most commendable. In the end, we all left our tip in either cash or on a card. One member of the party wrote no tip on his receipt and left a cash tip with the waiter, yet his card was still charged 2 TIMES for a tip? We have agreed that we will probably not revisit this restaurant, at least not during the lunchtime hour. I would hate to write this place off because their food is amazing!

Brought our granddaughter because she loves the bread. The bread that we waited some time for was not warm. The service was slow. My soup was cold. Not what I expected for the price.

Fun place to celebrate an event like a birthday or anniversary. Menu offers well presented and delicious options. Great choice of cocktails and wines too. It’s a fancy and special place but still relaxed and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our meal, and the price was very fair. The ambiance was great, not too loud, perfect lighting. However, we were seated by the kitchen and noticed that some of the people cooking and preparing the food wore their mask under the chin, or had no mask on at all. As someone who has been hospitalized with COVID-19 this was extremely disappointing. Again the service and food were great. Our only regret is that we didn't mention it when we were there, because we did not want to mess up our birthday celebration.

The restaurant wasn’t very clean and the service was very poor. We ordered a glass a wine and waited and finally asked the server were are wine was and he started the bartender was looking for it, this wine was actually on the wine special on the table. When the wine was brought to the table my glass was dirty, I couldn’t find are server so I took it up to the bar my self, it took the bartender several glasses to find a clean one at which time he poured the wine from the dirty glass into the clean glass. Grouse!! The only thing I can say is the taco’s were good. We will never return!!
Took my 93 yr old Mom and neighbor friend out for lunch after being stuck inside for a year due to Covid. The venue was clean and adhered to all the health recommendations. Our server was most attentive, friendly and courteous. Her name escapes me at this moment but, she went above and beyond. The food was good and we will be returning.
The food was good and our server was polite, but we received the incorrect salad dressing on our salads and our steaks were both ordered medium and one was perfect with the other being very well done. We didn’t bring this up to our server as he appeared quiet busy already. The couple that joined us had several issues of receiving the wrong item and a delay in receiving their side which they addressed with the server.
I was disappointed in the amount of errors, but would be willing to try it again as they were polite and the food that was correct was good.

Average food. (Steak with juices should never be served on the same plate with steamed broccoli.) Food was brought out with one plate balanced against the server's stomach. Waitress needs to check on table and ask about refilling glass/coffee cup. She seemed more annoyed than interested in the customers' experience. Cheeseburger was tasty but steak fries were just fat and greasy, mostly tasteless (like something previously frozen). At these prices, expected better. No reason to go back.
I frequent Firebird with a friend. This time I was there with my husband on date night. The hostess was on her phone when we walked in. We stood and waited while she continued to be on her phone. She finally acknowledged us and seated us. She then walked away on her phone.
Nevertheless, our waitress Sarah was very nice and did well with service.
However, I observed that same hostess on her phone for the duration of the time that we were dining. Treating every customer as she treated us when we walked in.
First visit! My husband and I were celebrating his birthday and our 6th marriage anniversary.
