this was the first time me and most of my friends had come here and it was so amazing. i came with 7 of my friends for my birthday dinner and the service was incredible, there wasn’t a ton of waiting after our reservation time, our food was relatively fast, the vibes and ambiance were so good too and the food WAS SO GOOD as well. just loved it!!

Lovely dinner with friends. Great surprise to have a round table for the 6 of us. Much easier to have a conversation. Waiter was very nice. Not an issue however hostess did’t provide the specials card. Waiter went to get it and I did have the NY with Shrimp. Quite tasty. Enjoyed the evening.

I eat at Firebirds about twice a month. I love Firebirds, never had bad service or food. Today was different and sadly poor service and food was terrible. I took a friend for her birthday and she Mentioned it was not good. My soup was thick and cold and salad for both of us just a bowl of lettuce. The server could care less how we were doing and never really checked on us. So disappointing

Got cream of crab and mushroom soup... delicious. Also the seasonal menu pork shank ...huge. Nicely paired with mashed potatoes and grilled carrots. Very nice gravy accompanied. Always a good place to dine. Food, service and atmosphere are great.

Lobster tail was chewy Never received salad we ordered When paying we put all cash $250 in like book, waiter came back to our table and said there was only $230 and then as we opened and layer out he was like ohh’ okay. Then I noticed on the receipt that we could purchase gift cards and get bonus cards for later, when I asked him he said I had to go to the front. Went to the front bar, the bartender (female) was the best as we 1st entered and sat at the bar as well as helping me with the gift card stuff. As I approached her and asked about the gift cards she did say that our server can do, I told her he’s the one who told me to come up front. She was very pleasant, efficient and professional.

We enjoyed our Anniversary celebration at Firebirds yesterday. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The dessert we shared, Cream Brûlée Cheesecake was light and delicious! Our waitress, Megan was wonderful and very helpful.

Wouldn’t come back. Had a very unappetizing sewage smell through entire restaurant. Seemed dirty. Food was average at best… not worth the price.

The food was delicious. The waitress did mix up a few dishes, but we traded things up so everyone got what we ordered. The openness adds to the noise level. Quite overpriced in my opinion.

Usually Firebirds is a class act with great food unfortunately this visit wasn’t the best. The steak and chicken were both overdone and bland. One of us ordered a side salad which was delivered after the entree and should have been delivered with the other starters. The asparagus was overdone and quite stringy. I expect far better food for the premium cost.

We went for Veterans Day and appreciate that they celebrate our veterans. Food was delicious and service was quick. Tomy the chef came by to say hi. Great experience. I had the ribs, they are fall off the bone and sauce is amazing.

I a veteran and we ate at Firebird's because of its Veteran's Day free meal offer. Short story is we took the waiter's advice and order prime rib and added a lobster tail. The prime was undercooked and cold and the lobster tail over-cooked and rubbery. But it was busy and one meal was free, so we didn't complain. What actually upset us was the price of each lobster tail - $40!! The waiter did not offer the prices and it is 100% my fault for not asking. We eat at finer restaurants and I would expect this price for a full lobster, but not just a tail. Bottom line, the cost of our meal ended up double what I expected and I learned an expensive lesson. I feel like Firebird's recovered its "free meal" be gouging us on the lobster tail. So Firebird's got me this time, but there will not be a next time.

The restaurant treated veterans to a free meal. The waitress was excellent and thanked the veterans at our table for their service. Our food was very good. Everyone enjoyed Firebirds for this Veterans Day celebration. We will return to this fine restaurant!!

We had a family dinner there. Set the reservation for 8p and was sat accordingly. Drink were on, definitely not worth $13-$15. We ordered the lobster queso and was mediocre at best. If there was lobster in there, we couldn’t tell and we also ordered the deviled eggs. Those had decent flavor but mixture was way to watered down. For entrees, the hot honey chicken sandwich is what saved it from being a 1 star. Possibly the best item on the menu! I’ve had better prime rib from a small town bar! We also had a steak and probably would still be chewing it while writing this review if I hadn’t spit it out! Decided to get some dessert as we were still hungry since the food was crap! We had some butter cake that was really good! So save your money and go elsewhere if you want decent steak. Otherwise, save $150 and get a chicken sandwich, butter cake dessert, and water. Wouldn’t recommended this place based on food or price but our server was awesome!
