    Taylor was our server and she made us feel welcome. She was pleasant throughout our meal and came back to check on us. She was excellent!

    We love Firebirds! Our meal last night was the best we’ve ever had there. Alexis was an excellent server. Very kind and friendly. The only negative is the noise level. It it very loud in the dining area. We will be returning again.

    The staff from the hostess to the manager to waiters were amazing. Food was incredible, and the food came out in a timely manner with little to no waiting.

    Our first time dining here was a great experience. Our server, Ben, was very polite and attentive. The food was savory and fulfilling.

    Everyone’s food was delicious. Great service. A bit pricey. Wish they would reduce portion size and cost accordingly. Have a choice of portion size.

    Emma did a wonderful job serving us. She must have come by our Outside Patio Table at least 10 times. We will ask for when we return soon. The Rib Special was great, also.
