   Had the steak sandwich which had a large piece of connective tissue that could not be chewed. Manager tried to argue and say ribeyes always have fat. It wasn’t fat as it was totally inedible. Finally agreed to provide another sandwich. No apology or discount. The server was great but management convinced me to probably not return.

   The service was exceptional. The food was flavorful. The three-course meal was a great value.. I was certainly impressed.

   Steakhouse vibes. Open kitchen. Not busy only few tables. Service was not good for level of expectation set by decor. Drinks took forever. Manager at kitchen didn’t notice us looking around or without drinks or water. Food was ok. But service made it not enjoyable for price. Steak was well cooked. Potatoes au gratin too liquidy and burnt cheese on top. Didn’t stay for dessert and bc our server had an “emergency out front”, runners brought our food. But no server followed up . Didn’t even get a second beverage. Poorly executed

   Great experience. Food mediocre. Parmesan chicken bland, deviled eggs bland. Salmon good. Carrots good.

   Kelce was great at being my attendant for the evening. Personable, polite, and not intrusive.

   Meat was at proper temperature, vegatables were under cooked, salad had too much dressing. Server was friendly, but service was slow, and after waiting 10 to 15 minutes for our to go dessert, the check was wrong and we were overcharged more than twenty dollars. So we had to waste another 15 plus minutes finding the manager and waiting for a corrected check.

   Server was distracted and rarely came by. I needed to salt my food because it had no flavor. Salmon was cooked well though. Did not live up to the hype.

    My wife's Parmesan Crusted Chicken was very hard and she had to saw it with her knife to get through it. It was very dry and not moist and juicy at all. My Firebirds Chicken Pasta was loaded with pasta and taste but had very little chicken in it. For as much as we are paying for this restaurant, the quality and quantity of portions should be far better. Well, this is one way that you lose customers because we will not be back. They did give us $10 off for my wife's bad chicken, but that doesn't change bad cooking and preparation. It'll happen again and it's "once bitten, twice shy" for me. We'll go to Bonefish Grill or Charles Anthony's instead. Far better.
