   This is our usually out go too. However, tonight our service was not so great. We got 1 beverage refill, the salad bowls sat on the table the entire time because our server never returned to collect them. Therefore, our table was crowded! I ordered honey glazed chicken and it was dry making it tough to cut and chew and the tomatoes and asparagus was overly cooked. Not so great!

    Our waitress was awesome. She had red hair and new teeth and she was amazing. The table was not wiped down well and still sticky. Plus there was stuff on floor, food paper etc when they seated us. Gross.

    Receptionist (Carly) was rude and didn’t have a good grasp of her responsibilities. She was rude to multiple families and seated different families more than 20 min late, including myself. Please make sure she has better training and understands how to work with people. The other receptionist was polite/cordial, and accommodating. She’s who you want in your business. My actual server was fantastic, attentive, polite, and accommodating. Food was cold and not worth the price; I had higher hopes, based on the reviews.

    Our server was pleasant and helpful. The food (Red Snapper for both of us) was OK but had a somewhat fishy taste to it, would like to see a selection of sauces for the fish instead of being stuck with lemon butter. Also, not sure what happened to it but would like to see the Sea Bass back on the menue (including the delicious sauce you had for it).

    We had a reservation to eat lunch on Mother’s Day and the two hostess told us we had to wait at least an hour because my grandmother was in a wheelchair and “managers won’t let wheelchairs be pushed up to the end of a booth”. However, there were two large tables open and upon speaking to a manager, we were seated at booth with my grandmothers wheelchair at the end. Waitress was great, but couldn’t get over how rude both of the hostesses were. Not to mention, most people waiting seemed to think they were doing a poor job.

    My wife enjoyed the evening and meal. The only negative is that it more than an hour to get our food but the manager corrected the problem and handled it properly. Because of the food AND service, my wife and I would go back again.

    It was busy. We had a 2:30 reservation, we finally sat down at 3pm. When I was ordering I asked the waitress was the Bacon Candied Deviled Eggs spicy cause I don't eat spicy food, lo behold she bring out a plate of Deviled eggs topped with spicy peppers and Buffalo sauce. She was great through, oh yeah, the Philly Cheesesteak egg rolls spicy too, idk how lol! But the overall restaurant is nice, the staff, atmosphere and especially the restroom. Although I won't return. It's a nice restaurant! P.S: That bread is by far the best restaurant bread I've ever tasted, sorry Loagns/Texas roadhouse

    Firebirds of Montgomery was excellent. The Staff were accommodating and extremely helpful. The food was good and plentiful. We had a large party and the staff did an excellent job of making sure everyone was taken care of from orders taken correctly to refills on drinks. Even with the size of our party seating was quick as was the wait time. My only Con was the Firebird Chicken Pasta was bland. As if an ingredient may have been missing. Other than that, everything else was wonderful.

    The food at Firebirds Grill was excellent. The steak was tender and cooked perfectly. My margarita was expensive, but very good. The only thing that kept us from having a perfect evening was the noise! It was not “lively”; it was noisy! I couldn’t tell what music they were playing, so the music just added to the din. I will return, but I will request a table somewhere other than the main dining room.

    We waited to be served too long. Once our order was in, it took too long to get our food. They messed up part of our order and the other food was not good; pretty basic, nothing special. The atmosphere was nothing special. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

    We enjoy Firebirds most every time we go there. However, this time could have been better. My wife and I both ordered fish for dinner-one salmon and one snapper-and they were both slightly overcooked. We also ordered soup as an appetizer but the soup came with the entree instead of before as an appetizer. We've been to Firebirds many times and these occurrences are few and far between but inevitable all the same. We will remain a loyal customer as most of the time the food and service are excellent.

    They were really busy and so our food understandably took a little longer than usual, but the manager came right out and apologized profusely. The staff was amazing, and the food was to die for. They even gave us a dessert for it being our anniversary!

    Had reservations, yet despite us arriving a tad early we were told we couldn’t be seated for 10-15 minutes!! There were empty tables! After being seated it was 55 minutes until we got our food, though others having arrived after us, with same party size, got their food. Very, very disappointed that I was paying those kind of prices to have such poor service. However, our waitress was very delightful!

    From the moment we sat down I could tell Firebirds was one of a kind! The chef personally came to our table and gave our little one some fruit while we decided on what we wanted to eat-said he had little ones and knew how hard it was for them to wait on their food. We really appreciated the kind gesture! Our waitress was so amazing (I wish I could remember her name!)! She went above and beyond making sure we had plenty of bread/butter, keeping our drinks filled & making our daughter feel just as important as us. Our food was so delicious- I had the Durango burger/loaded potato & my husband had the sirloin/parmesan mashed potatoes. Both were cooked exactly how we ordered them and everything tasted great! We were just passing through on our way home from the beach but we will keep this restaurant in mind in the future!

    Carmelia was the most amazing server. She was on top of her game, our drinks were never empty, and she even went above and beyond on making an anniversary note and a beautiful little cheesecake plate that she wrote happy anniversary on in chocolate. The food was great and our steaks were cooked perfectly. I wish I lived in the area just so I could go see Carmelia again!

    Although the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, decent service and everything looks good, I found the food to be mediocre for the price. My steak was undercooked and when they took it back to correct it, they then overcooked it. The appetizer of lobster spinach queso did not taste very good, and the bread was plain. They were also out of several beers on the menu. Overall, it was okay, but I wouldn’t recommend going for a nice steak dinner.

    From arriving for our reservation to end of meal, it was less than desirable. This reservation was for 4 people, after celebrating our afternoon wedding earlier prior that day, and included my father joining us from out of state. Arrived at 18:20 for 18:30 reservation for 4 and hostess was snarky and said well we'll seat you closer to 18:30; said nothing else for 2 min and then handed us off to the other hostess who seated us. Okay. Thanks. Waiter was distracted and unprofessional. Bartender needs to learn proper barware and how to serve drinks. A simple double crown royal whiskey and sprite was served in a martini glass, neat. Ummmm. While it was funny, at first, it certainly went downhill quickly after that. The refill, after being asked to be placed in a highball with ice or even a pint glass with ice, came out in a lowball with no ice. Bread arrived well after salads and just barely before the entrees, 45 min after being sat. A 10 oz prime rib ordered medium rare arrived well done and an obvious end piece. The other prime rib was supposed to be a 14 oz but came out a 10 oz. The loaded baked potatoes were dry and hard. A very overpriced meal for less than subpar service and goods. Sad. We used to really enjoy Firebirds. Manager removed the overcooked prime rib, that was returned, not replaced, and that was all. Shame.

    For our anniversary, we visited FireBird in Montgomery and were extremely satisfied with our dining experience. The service was impeccable, and we both agreed that our steaks were cooked to perfection. The sides were also generously portioned. We are already looking forward to our next visit to FireBird.
