    Everything was fine. I ordered a dinner salad, the one with tuna, and it was very disappointing. No taste at all. We ended up asking for some Roquefort cheese to put on top. Unfortunately, that was all we ordered. The service was excellent.

    Food was just not that great. Steaks were not the best quality and the butter that it was topped with ruined the whole steak. The deviled eggs were the best thing we had.

    The Inner Circle steak was a cheaper cut! I sent the first steak back because I asked for medium with a thin red line. It came well done and was not a filet. The restaurant was very cold. The waiter was good but could tell had too many tables. If you are going to do an Inner Circle special, please make sure it is special.

    The food was great !! I had the Durango burger medium well and it was cooked to perfection ! My daily ordered the wings and two pastas and everything was amazing, no complaints. I hate that I forgot the name of the server but he was WONDERFUL , he made sure we had our drinks and they never ran out. Everything was great. We will be back

    We did not get our drinks refilled in a timely manner. The chicken on the BLT salad was tough and dry. We are noticing that the food is not as good as it once was and the service is okay but not a good value for the money.

    Outstanding service and the food was just great. Took advantage of the spare rib dinner. They where cooked to perfection and the sides were also outstanding. My daughter had the same and it was also perfectly done.

    Our party arrived at 5:15 for a 5:30 reservation. Even though the ere were empty tables thy would not seat us until 5:30. It took the waitress 15 minutes to get our drink orders to us and another 5 minutes to get bread at which time she took our order. Keep in mind that it’s now 5:50 and we have a concert at 7 that’s another 20 minute drive from the restaurant. 20 minutes later we asked the waitress we flagged down our waitress and told we had a concert and couldn’t wait any longer. She brought our food immediately and the fries were warm and not HOT which leads me to believe that our food had been ready for a while. When we got the plates our food was not cooked as we ordered and some items had to be sent back. Th food was actually good but just not a good experience at all. I might give Firebird’s Montgomery one more try.

    We asked for a booth they hesitated and took forever till we just took the table after having a reservation on top of that the place had 3 tables w guests at the time. The table was dirty and no menu the nice server came by and asked why we didn’t have one and brought us one… it wasn’t 2 minutes later the manager walked a white couple to the booth straight from the door and no explanations we was bout to leave but stayed food was ok our server was nice . But the host and manager older white lady needs to do a better job. Want be back

    Very nice out with friends. Both my wife and I have been wanting steak and had the ribeye. It was excellent, and was properly cooked to order. Our friends were also happy with their meals. The service was generally good, but the waitress forgot our to-go dessert order even after being reminded. We will definitely dine here again.

    Lunch was great, and the service was good. Nick the GM visited with us twice to make sure we were satisfied or if we needed anything. The noise level was fine for our business meeting. We were able to conduct our meeting with success.

    Food was not as good as last time we went. May have been what we ordered, but steaks not cooked to the temperature as ordered and flavor was lacking. Had stated in the open table app that we were celebrating a birthday, but it was not acknowledged. When we went for our anniversary back in April and noted that in the open table app, it was acknowledged. Will try again, but will not order the special again and try something different.

    I'd recommend making a reservation. With one, you are promptly seated. Our server, JaDarius, was very friendly and checked on us just the right number of times. We truly enjoyed him as our server. The food was cooked to perfection, came out in an appropriate amount of time and was an ample serving to satisfy our appetite. I also enjoy the specials that FireBirds advertises. They never disappoint.

    Everything was absolutely perfect!! My family and I selected this restaurant for our family lady’s outing. The environment was great for all ages. The staff and service was outstanding!! We will definitely be visiting again soon!!

    Our dinner tonight was amazing. Everything was fresh, hot, delicious, and prompt. But the best part was the service. Our waiter, Titus, was so wonderful! Professional, attentive, personable, and on point! Well done Firebirds.

    We spent over 300$ and everything but the garlic roasted steak was excellent. We were disappointed because it is not the first time we have ordered and prior experiences were awesome. Yesterday the cut was subpar and affected the entire experience.

    We ate there for their promotional Facebook NY strip. Flavor was good. If only what I received could have been like the advertising picture. Mine was much smaller with no presentation. It looked like an early dining special.

    It was okay but definitely not $115 worth. We had two ribeyes with onion rings for appetizer. Honestly the blooming onion at outback is better. The ribeyes were nothing to rave about. Our table was close to the kitchen and the entire time a manager was yelling “i need hands in the window”. Our server was very good. Best thing was the lemon drop martini.

    I had lunch with my former teaching colleagues. Everyone enjoyed their food, and most of us had a glass of wine. The noise level was low enough that we could converse easily, as we hadn't seen each other in 6 months. Firebirds is one of the two restaurants at which we meet, when we meet, and we're always satisfied.
