We got there about 10 min. late but our table was ready and we're sitted immediately. Great server, great food, fantastic experience. Can't wait to go back.

I went to this location for a birthday dinner. I was very disappointed by the food. Everyone's plate in my party had food splashed around the sides of the plate. My plate even had stains from being handled by the souf chef or chef. I literally had to wipe the sides of my plate off to try to get a decent picture for my experience which I decided not to. Presentation for the food was awfully. This was my first time here. The food truly looked like the chefs didn't care. My food arrived swimming in a liquid. My sisters steak arrived with a large stream of dried blood that leaked half way down and across her plate and my cousin have Alfredo sauce and spinach drizzles along the side of her plate were they have poured the sauce on her pasta. Completely unacceptable. I won't visit this restaurant again.

Firebirds has become my husband’s and I the place to go. The service and staff is excellent We have never had to send any food back to the kitchen. The drinks are great

Great service ! Having a drink at their bar pre-dinner was very nice as well . The meals are a little pricey so plan for that . My steak was actually very rare vs medium rare . They were so busy I did not return it to the kitchen . The rest of the food was good .

Once a month several women meet here to eat and talk. The food and service is always good. We especially like the round tables on the porch.

We hadn’t been to Firebirds in a long time but we’re so glad we chose to celebrate our 31st anniversary there. We had maple bacon wrapped deviled eggs as an appetizer - the eggs were a little chewy but still delicious. My husband ordered the ribeye and I had the blue cheese filet mignon. Both cuts of meat were cooked perfectly and melted in our mouths. The steamed mixed veggies were amazingly good - simple seasoned, perfectly crisp and a great variety of good looking vegetables. Service was impeccable. Can’t wait to go back!

Continues to go downhill. Such a shame… Old crusty bread, way too expensive for the quality. Used to be soo much better when they were at Northlake.

We had a celebration dinner here with a group whose ages ranged from 14 to 86. Everybody was very happy - 14 year old GenZer loved her cheeseburger, and 86 year old Silent Gen grandpa said his filet mignon was the best steak he’s had in years! Ambiance was perfect, service was great. All in all, an A+ meal that everyone enjoyed. We will definitely be back the next time we get the family together.

This was my first time there. Garlic steak was too salty. Lobster bisque seemed a bit old and the texture inconsistent. I wouldn't try either dish again. The BLT salad was had too much dressing and by the time it came out have started getting soggy. The chicken wings were okay, although they didn't have sauce to be considered buffalo. There was no sauce. The drill machine was out and we waited bit long for a drink replacement. The waiter was really nice, but seemed to forget us at time. For my experience they were way overpriced.

Great service and food and atmosphere but your drink called Torched Pineapple was absolutely terrible! I couldn’t drink more than 2 sips. Should be taken off the menu. Love the restaurant and we’ll be back

Several items were overcooked. Presentation of food not to their standards. Manager on duty came by and asked if she could send over another poached egg - that was declined and offered a free dessert. No one followed up and no other offer. Charged in full and no one asked "how was everything?" Second disappointing meal there.

WOW! Great service and delicious food! Wide variety of entry choices, gourmet salads, delicious seafood and great meat dishes! I had the tomahawk pork chop. A full page of wine selections plus a full bar. Prices were moderate for this level of food and service. We’re definitely going again!

Very accommodating, had to change online reservation for 2 to 4, no problem. Recognized birthday, with a treat, appreciated no song! Food was excellent, atmosphere great! Manager checked on us, great waitress!

I really love Firebirds and this location is one of the nicest I’ve been to. I love the filet mignon and asparagus. Both cooked to perfection. This particular evening was very special due to the outstanding service provided by our server Scarlett. I will definitely come back when visiting Huntersville.

We had a wonderful meal celebrating my sons birthday. We ordered the egg rolls and onion rings for appetizers. They were both delicious. We had salads and steaks. Each was prepared to our liking. We had good service as well.

Another wonderful dining experience at Firebirds/Huntersville location. Our meals, including Cajun ribeye, sea bass, and beef tenderloin w/shrimp, were cooked to perfection. As usual, outstanding service (thank you, Jackson, Mary, & hostesses) is always delivered at Firebirds.
