We were seated promptly and restaurant was busy but not overly crowded. So it was easy to converse, which is not always the case. Food was great and our server, Jordan, was outstanding! A very nice evening

This is one of our favorite restaurants and everything is usually exceptional. This particular visit was disappointing, however the manager of the restaurant did personally come by and did all she could to rectify the visit.

My husband and I had a great time. We were celebrating our birthdays and we were treated with a nice cheesecake caramel. The food was perfect and Rachel, our waitress, was the best!

Saturday nite-- place is crowded. We got our table asap. The server was very busy, the bar was slammed-- long wait to receive appetizer, drinks and meal. FYI-- if you order a drink in a martini glass and it isn't all full, they will tell you they have 2 sizes of martini glasses - one is larger than the other ---it looks like you don't have a full pour... the problem is they don't tell you about the large sizes glasses until you receive the drink and ask why it isn't full. The manager did fill up the glass, but just saying. The server had to get a manager to do this? The food is good, but not sure its worth the hassle on a weekend with noise and timely service. The server did a good job, but they should be allowed to make decisions on the spot, especially with wait times as they were. I'll recommend with a beware of...

Dined on black Friday. We both ordered the salmon. It was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The baked potato must have been sitting out for a while ( guessing it was cooked much earlier in the day) as the skin was a bit soggy. Overall, great meal, very gracious staff and lovely restaurant.

My food was not good. I ordered prime rib and it was to tough to eat. I was given a desert, but I could not eat my dinner and should not had to pay, but I did because I did want to request it be taken off my bill when it should have been without me asking.

Our server Angie was wonderful! She was attentive but not intrusive, and made sure to interact with everyone in our group. She even brought a celebration dessert for our 16 year old twins who were celebrating a birthday. She's a gem and made our experience at Firebirds even better.

Eaten at Firebirds for years. Only second time at this newer location. First time was shortly after it opened and service was poor. Fast forward to last night. Was able to secure a reservation and was quickly seated at a lovely booth. Our server greeted us promptly and we ordered drinks to start. She disappeared and another delivered our soda. She took our order. One a bacon cheeseburger cooked medium well and my long time favorite, Colorado Chicken Salad. She asked my dining partner if he wanted ketchup, mayo or mustard and he said only ketchup. Food took a ling time. No ketchup. My chicken was refrigerator cold. This has always been grilled to order as i have gotten this for more than ten years! My dining partner’s cheeseburger was way undercooked and side item cold by the time the ketchup(one tiny condiment saucer)showed up. Took forever to get a manager to come talk to us and when we did,their answer that they now were not serving it hot was a complete disappointment and surprise. Said they could make some. Took forever and by the time that the manager came by 1/2 my salad greens were finished and still no chicken. We weren’t happy and even less so with the managers attitude. What a shame, doubt we will return.

We had a fantastic, perfect meal at Firebirds last night. We loved the location of our table. We had the most adorable server, Jordyn, too. She was excellent! Our prime ribs were 1000% delicious and came out almost rare w raw horseradish. Martinis to start-a most outstanding evening! Thank you, my friends! We shall be back and very, very soon!

Very nice dinner with friends, delicious food and outstanding service. We dined on onion rings, Cajun ribeye, filet & shrimp, and bacon wrapped filet with blue cheese (x2), topped off with the house Cabernet. Too full for dessert:-( Everything was superb. Looking forward to our next meal at Firebirds/Huntersville.

The Huntersville Firebird's was chosen because they offered a free meal to veterans, specifically my dad. The decor is open and accessible. The food was very good. We had prime rib and spareribs. The ribs could have used a little more meat. Service was excellent, parking was easy.

Our party had a wonderful time celebrating Veterans Day at Firebirds. Both the salmon and rib eye steaks ordered were prepared well and were tasty. The staff was great in spite of a full, busy restaurant. The hostess was very helpful. Our server was friendly, prompt and efficient. We plan to dine there again.
