   Great steaks good service and friendly staff. The parking is a slight problem.at Huntersville close to restaurant but enough with a slight walk.

   Great Food and always great service. Loved sitting in the "patio" area with all the windows. It is quieter than the man restaurant.

   My friend and I haven’t seen each other in 2-3, so while we enjoyed our food and finished, we sat for another hour catching up and the staff allowed us that time and didn’t rush us of. Thank you.

   Much respect for recognizing and providing lunch for military veterans. The food and the atmosphere were great, the bad service just deflated the experience and made it a average lunch. The restaurant appeared to have adequate staffing but I had a lengthy wait just get the water glass replenished (just two glasses). The wait for water and the even longer wait to flag the waitress for take-home had me leaving there with a mood lower than before i entered. Good food and bad service makes the restaurant average like Chilli's or Applebee's.

   Our server was very attentive. Our food was delivered in a timely manner. It was hot and delicious. We were not rushed. It was a great meal and experience. The restaurant was honoring veterans and active duty members as well on this day. Firebirds Grill has my business and my thanks!

   Eight of us went for lunch for a celebration of one of our group members. It was my first time there. Everything was great -- the food, the service and the indoor space. It was very enjoyable -- and we'll be back!

   The food was amazing. We sat at the bar and the bartenders made great drinks and we had great service. Overall definitely a 5 Star experience.

    Wonderful Mother’s Day lunch. Great service. He treated us really well. Food was good. Things did seem to take a little while coming out of the kitchen.
