   Was quite disappointed this time. The prime rib was so tough and chewy. The manager gave an option of another serving, which we declined and then we ordered the filet which was not up to Firebird’s standard. Maybe they have a new chef, I don’t know. We will try again in the future. We have dined there for many years and this was our first problem with food. A constant change in staff doesn’t do well for any restaurant, unfortunately.

   Always enjoy dining here. Ordered a steak “medium“. Arrived undercooked. Back to kitchen and returned perfectly cooked. Staff were attentive, on top of the need for additional preparation and checked in to be sure I was satisfied. Overall experience highly satisfactory. The bread was served “fresh from the oven” and delicious. A vegetable plate was enjoyed as well. Will return.

   Thanks to Terri and the entire Firebirds Team for the "to be expected" wonderful experience. That is one of the primary reasons we have been meeting on Mondays for almost 5 years.

   Used open table 15 min before arrival, got there and walk-ins where a 3 hour wait on a Mothers Day Dinner. Was sat and enjoying my meal within 25 min. Food was absolutely on point and so was the service

   We went for dinner on Mother’s Day. It was our first time . We had a reservation and were seated promptly. Lot of variety on the menu. My husband went with prime rib and I went with steak and shrimp. Everything was delicious and had plenty as far as portion on plates. They have wonderful fresh baked bread with butter while you wait. The service staff really took care of us. The manager or someone came around and wished me a happy Mother’s Day and gave me a $10 gift card off our next visit. We will definitely be back. My husband had already said this is where he wants to come for Father’s Day.

   We had reservations for 3:45pm and finally were seated at 4:20pm. Only after my husband did talk to the manager. I did see an open both and pointed it out to the hostess but she still wouldn’t seat us. After talking to the manager we actually got the same booth I pointed out before. Otherwise it was outstanding, waitress, food and ambiance .

   Seems we always visit restaurants that we like on Holiday's - Food always takes longer to get to the table on Mother's Day. Reservation was for 1pm - seated at 1:15 - Food arrived at 2:30. Not Arin's fault though - she was great.

    Usually we have a better experience than this visit. It seems today’s crowd was more than staff could handle. Obviously the kitchen was running behind getting food prepared. From the time of ordering it took 36 minutes for our food to arrive. The spinach salmon salad came as a mixed greens salad with a different dressing. Because of the wait we just accepted it as delivered. The other order of grilled salmon usually comes with the vegetables sautéed and grilled. These were just plain cut vegetables. It was an okay experience, but paying dinner prices at lunch you expect better. Again, I just don’t think they were prepared today.
