    We have been here one other time and thought our food was pretty good. This time it was hard to even enjoy the food as we were constantly fending off gnats. I won’t be going back to this location is because the bathroom was absolutely heinous. The sink in particular was so disgusting. Overall I just don’t want to pay over 100 dollars to be fighting off bugs while I eat.

    We had the best experience dining at Firebirds for Father's Day! Quick, friendly service, delicious food, and a great atmosphere - our server was attentive and checked in with us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. This was probably the 5th or 6th time I have dined here and every time, we get the same great service and yummy food. I would definitely recommend Firebirds, for a casual dinner with friends, a celebratory family meal, or a date night.

    We had a reservation for 8 people on Father’s Day. This was not our first time celebrating at this location. Our waitress was fantastic. The food - not so much. One meal was very bland and didn’t taste as it usually does. Another meal had raw-and by raw I mean completely uncooked chicken. It was barely grilled on the top and when it was cut to be placed in the salad it should have been VERY obvious that it was undercooked. It never should have been served. Our server was clearly frustrated gave the kitchen staff an earful. Someone could have gotten very sick. The manager did apologize profusely and comped the salad. But it was still very off putting. To further add to a negative experience, the women’s restroom was filthy. One of the staff used the restroom and left without washing their hands. If I had been in there at the beginning of our meal when I saw this I would have walked out. As it is I don’t think we will be returning. Not a great dining experience at all.

    We were very impressed when my husband’s steak came out overcooked they were happy to replace it, as well as the baked potato, allowing him to take the overcooked steak home for our dog. Couldn’t ask for better service!

    Service and food were great for our party of 6. The hostess was not welcoming or personable and didn’t provide a kids menu for my 8 yo.
