It was disappointing that the restaurant was so dirty. We were seated at a table with food all over the floor. They had not cleaned it up prior to seating us. There was food on the seats as well. As expensive as the restaurant is I was shocked to see it is such poor condition.

This was a phenomenal experience! We went for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner and I had a special request. Mya (was our server) and the hostess with the blonde curly hair (I don’t remember her name) and they were so helpful and accommodated us so well! Firebirds is my new obsession!

Server was slow and not attentive. Food wasn’t the usual standard I am used to. I did however speak to Steve the manager and he swiftly made the situation right. Steve is a great manager, and due to his hospitality I will definitely return!

I e were seated at a lopsided table that rocked no matter what side you touched. We moved then watched the staff put a bent up cardboard under the old table we sat at. My filet was burned on the bottom, didn’t get to that side until I was half done eating. Had to get waitress more than twice for forgotten straws and ranch dressing. This was Father’s Day, was hoping for a better experience since it was our first visit.

Great food as usual but server was a bit disappointing. Slow service, inattentive but the quality of the food made it worth it.

We visited this establishment at 1pm on a Saturday. The noise was low the server was attentive and the food was good. Will be returning in the future.

I highly recommend the tenderloin salad. I had it with ranch dressing & it was delicious! The carrot cake is to die for. We split it 4 ways. The onion ring appetizer is great & seriously plenty for 4 to share.
