First visit to Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. Reservations are a must. Small restaurant, but great ambiance. Service was terrific and the food was outstanding. Interesting menu that entices you to come back to try something new.

The entire staff was very attentive during our dining experience. From opening the door upon arrival and departure. I ordered a Lemon Drop drink which was just okay. The BLT salad was very tasty and fresh.

Restaurant opened a few months ago. The food was very good, but the service has not yet achieved the level you would expect of this type of restaurant. We have been to the Gainsville, Va location a few times previously and the food, service and ambiance was exceptional. I think working on the service will help improve the Annapolis location substantially. We were seated and after 15 minutes I went to the check in desk to see if service was coming, which was surprising since the restaurant was not extremely busy. Once our waiter was located things moved in the right direction, but still a work in progress. I think they just need some time to get the operation of the service to the level it should be.

We had so much fun! The pictures on the wall helped spark, a lively conversation, and when the manager told us there were multiple words hidden in the paintings, it created an adventure. That should be advertised more. The food was very good. I recommend the onion rings because the dressing is spectacular. There were a couple of serving issues that could be improved, but the overall experience was engaging and fun. I will return.

We have been here several times and has consistently been very good. The service was excellent and so was the food. We will return for sure.
