   We were so excited to visit this new restaurant, and it was going great up until we were about to leave. We had a wonderful waitress who was very attentive and nice. The food was pretty good. I ordered wings and they actually gave me all flats as I requested which was great! The other food was good and the drinks were nice as well. We had a 6:15 reservation and had been there about an hour and 45 min, to include appetizers, dinner, and for dessert we got another drink instead. The waitress had brought us the check and we had put our cards in the folder and was waiting for the waitress to come get it when the manager came over and sat down and said "I have a question... we have a table that has been waiting for 45 minutes, could I offer to buy you free drinks to wrap things up or possibly move to a high top table?" ...I told him oh don't worry we were already leaving. I was so upset. I have never been asked to leave a restaurant for any reason. There were also 2 other empty tables nearby they could have used. Either way, if he had communicated with the waitress he would have known we were leaving and did not have to ruin our time at that restaurant. I feel like it's manager101 to not do this exact thing. I will not be going back anytime soon.

   We have very nice meal with some nice appetizers to go along with it. Salads were delicious and the steaks were really good. We were pleasantly surprised our waitress was superior and it was so nice to go to a place in Annapolis and not have to drive around the block 40 times looking for a parking space. I highly recommend it.

   The staff was friendly and responsive. The food was a bit of a disappointment as the salmon was undercooked, as were the mixed vegetables, and the rice/ side dish was not to our favorite. The bartender that evening needed to learn how to make a proper margarita and a cosmopolitan. Very little alcohol in both. The brownie dessert and crème brûlée cheesecake were good. Greatly appreciated the happy birthday written on the plate, as well as the card signed by several servers.

   We really enjoyed our first meal at Firebirds. We had a round of Dirty Birds (dirty martinis with blue cheese olives) and the lobster spinach dip appetizer. Very good ! For meals we had: surf and turf- the filet was perfectly cooked, rack of ribs - excellent flavor, and salmon- delicious. The bar staff arrived in a group to pour all of our martinis into chilled glasses at the same time. It was a very nice touch. We will definitely go back.

   The food was phenomenal. My server Jack was awesome. Lexi also was also amazing. My mom and I enjoyed our dining experience. Happy Mother's Day!

   Nice menu selection with broad range of prices. We had lunch and the restaurant was busy but not full and noise level seemed high with music playing and people talking. Food is good, service from Abby was good but she had a lot of tables, waitstaff seems to be short handed. Wait for coffee was especially lengthily, because no decaf had been prepared. How does a restaurant not have decaf ready at meal times? Need to iron out the details. Open about 1 month

   Ordered the deviled eggs, cheesesteak egg rolls, half rack ribs with a loaded baked potato, and Parmesan crusted chicken with mashed potatoes, everything was amazing! Service was fast as well. I hope that they’re consistent with the service and quality of food that we experienced last night and if so we will be regulars.

   Overall a great experience, waitresses and management very professional and attentive to ensuring a terrific dinning experience.

    This is a glorified Applebees. It’s hard to make a salad as boring as the chicken salad I ate.
