   Jack was our waiter and he was top notch. His attentiveness and knowledge made our experience even better. The food was terrific and without a doubt we will be repeat customers! Thank you for a pleasant experience!

   Restaurant was lovely. Service was excellent. Menu was varied with many great choices and the food was great. All members of my party had a wonderful meal and plan to go back again.

   I took my mother and brother there for lunch. It’s had a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff was attentive and polite. Our server was patient with my mother and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was very good. I could tell that the ingredients were fresh, not frozen or out of a hermetically sealed bag. They served quality meat and everything was seasoned appropriately. I’ll definitely be going back.

   We dined at Firebirds Annapolis, MD location for Mother's day lunch. The hostess warmly greeted us. We had an additional diner than our reservation included, and the manager graciously accommodated us. The hostess kept us informed of the status of our table. We were seated outside and it was a beautiful day. Our server was exceptional. She promptly took our drink and food order. The food was excellently prepared. Our server continued to check on us. We were visited by two managers to make certain everything was fine. The prices were reasonable. The portions were plentiful and all had an enjoyable time.

   My reservation was at 7:15. I did not receive my food until after 8:40. My main server or waitress was pretty good. I had 2 or 3 other people come by to inform me that my food would be right out after an hour of waiting. One asked if there was anything the could do. My drink was empty so I said I yes another drink. They charged me for that. Even with almost an hour an a half wait. I expected them discount the bill or add something free. Nothing. I hope this was due to the recently opening. I may give the another try. It's not like the one in Delaware. We needed a new folk and the other waitress that brought it out sort tossed or slide it across the table. That was bad. I was really expecting them to say sorry for the inconvenience we will discount a portion of your bill due to the wait. Disappointed based an previous visits.

    We were so excited to visit this new restaurant, and it was going great up until we were about to leave. We had a wonderful waitress who was very attentive and nice. The food was pretty good. I ordered wings and they actually gave me all flats as I requested which was great! The other food was good and the drinks were nice as well. We had a 6:15 reservation and had been there about an hour and 45 min, to include appetizers, dinner, and for dessert we got another drink instead. The waitress had brought us the check and we had put our cards in the folder and was waiting for the waitress to come get it when the manager came over and sat down and said "I have a question... we have a table that has been waiting for 45 minutes, could I offer to buy you free drinks to wrap things up or possibly move to a high top table?" ...I told him oh don't worry we were already leaving. I was so upset. I have never been asked to leave a restaurant for any reason. There were also 2 other empty tables nearby they could have used. Either way, if he had communicated with the waitress he would have known we were leaving and did not have to ruin our time at that restaurant. I feel like it's manager101 to not do this exact thing. I will not be going back anytime soon.
