We have been to firebirds several times and all of our previous experiences have been 5 stars, however this time was quite different. From the start our server seemed to want to rush things. Then our food was sub par at best. My steak was almost raw and my fiancés chicken was very dry. Hopefully this was just an off night with our past experiences being so good.

Food was good and they put a happy birthday frame on our table for my birthday. They also gave me a free brownie with ice cream. It did take forever to get our bill and be able to pay for it. That was the only downside. With two impatient kids that was a little rough.

We always have a great experience at firebirds, and this time was no exception. We did an afternoon happy hour. Sampled everything, and had a few cocktails--Best Happy Hour and great value!

Customer service seems to be something of the past except for here. From the time you enter until the time you leave, they go above and beyond. I love this place not only for great food but everything in between.
