All in all a good experience. Jim was excellent as usual! 5 Star Experience. The service could have been better, the food was phenomenal.

Been here many times but not in about 6 Months. The quality of the food is down slightly. Two people ordered the sea bass and had to get a new one. Way too salty and overdone. The manager was wonderful and super helpful. However, it was fishy and not worth the price unfortunately. The bread is fabulous and the service was decent. Wine selection very nice. Was disappointed this time and may be a minute before returning. Love the decor and ambience though. Just my 2 cents.

Our steaks were done to perfection, as we have come to expect from Firebirds. The service provided by Chase was Outstanding ! He was very attentive to my 92 year old Mother and provided the kind of service most restaurants wish they could offer. We’ll be back again soon.

We were a party of six and everyone thouroughly enjoyed the food. The restaurant was beautiful and the service was great. We have been there several times and will be back again soon.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Firebirds Grill, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. We began our meal with the deviled eggs, which were absolutely amazing. Creamy, flavorful, and elevated by the addition of crispy bacon — each bite was a perfect blend of comfort and boldness that truly set the tone for the rest of the evening. Next up was the Ahi Tuna with Asian Slaw, a beautifully balanced dish. The tuna was seared to perfection — tender, fresh, and full of flavor — while the slaw added a refreshing crunch and zesty contrast. Together, they created a dish that was both vibrant and satisfying. For the main course, I went with the blue cheese filet, and it was a showstopper. Cooked exactly to order, the filet was melt-in-your-mouth tender, with the blue cheese adding a rich, tangy punch that took the flavor to the next level. It truly was a flavor symphony — complex, balanced, and deeply satisfying. We capped off the meal with lemon cake topped with blueberry drizzle, and it was the perfect ending. Light, moist, and bursting with citrusy brightness, the cake was complemented beautifully by the sweet-tart blueberry sauce. A refreshingly sweet finale that didn’t overwhelm the palate. From service to plating to the last bite, Firebirds Grill delivered a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy well-executed dishes with bold flavors and elegant presentation.
