My husband and I absolutely LOVED the food. From the soup to the entree, we ended the night with the carrot cake and it was 10/10. I would highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

Entertained my friends and they enjoyed the atmoshere and the food. Service was excellent and the General Manager, Jimmy, visited our table to make sure everything was perfect. It was !

The server came twice and wasn’t very good with keeping table serviced. No drinks. Then food was bad and instead of asking about steak issue just brought check and walked away. Heard her complain that our tip wasn’t big enough to help us.

I eat at Firebirds in Charlotte at least once per week. I’m traveling and ate in Mason. I ordered the grilled chicken salad and noticed they chopped the chicken instead of sliced and laid it on top in the form of a chicken breast. I didn’t think to much but as I ate noticed there was only 5 or 6 bites of chicken. I notified the server and she sent her manager over who spoke in a friendly tone but had some extended condescending undertones. He said thanks for letting me know and started to walk away. I asked him to hold on and asked if he was going to make it right. He said I’ll give you a new chicken breast. I said ok. I am on a health kick and traveling so of course I have my handy dandy travel scale in my bag. I took the chicken breast to the hotel and weighed it. It was 2.1 oz. 24 dollar salad with 2.1 oz of chicken. He then spoke to me again and used a calm tone but the level of sass was unbelievable. I will stick to my Charlotte firebirds where the servers managers bartenders and cooks are all 5 star and you get superior service!

Our server was amazing and very sweet we loved her ! Everything about our experience was pretty good . My steak was pretty tough but I didn't complian our server was already so busy I didn't wanna put her behind by sending my steak back. We still enjoyed our time there even with a lack luster steak.

Went for veterans day. Our meal took a very long time to come out and our waitress seemed preoccupied. The food, however, was great as usual. We took ad antage of the special with my bf being a veteran. Its such a great ambiance in there.

The food and service were outstanding! It was very considerate to provide a free meal to my veteran husband and recognize his service. The sound level is a little loud to have quiet conversations when the restaurant is full and still worth the trip.

My wife took me there for our anniversary. Neither of us had ever been there. I heard about this place from a patient of mine and he said it was delicious. We both had steak...I ordered the blue cheese filet and she ordered the aged ribeye. Both were amazing! Hands down no comparison to your longhorn or texas roadhouse type places. We also ordered the carrot cake for dessert. It was great, but we had no clue it was made with coconut (my wife does not care for, but I love). But to TOP the night off when we got our check because it was Veteran's Day weekend they took off the blue cheese filet (almost a $50 steak). I was shocked!!! I gladly tipped it back and will 110% be a returning customer regardless of Veteran's Day or not. Great experience all around! THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING OUR NIGHT GREAT! Chris and Christy.

My husband and I had a late lunch at Firebirds in Mason. It was their Veterans Day event and the restaurant treated every vet to a free meal of their choice. The staff thanked the vets for their service. We have dined there many times including holidays and have always experienced great food and service. Will continue to be one of our regular spots.

Love the perfect pair fish sandwich. Crisp coating and well seasoned. Loaded baked potato standard fare, but still good. did not like the black bean soup, which was the soup of the day, at last visit, so chose the baked potato instead.

3 of us had different entrées and all was excellent. My only disappointment was my side order of mashed potatoes. Which were too creamy and tasteless. Our server, Corey, was excellent. Even provided a surprise birthday treat for those celebrating a birthday. Portions were large enough for each of us to take home food for a midnight snack.
