Another delicious lunch! One of our favorite spots for lunch. Service as very good! Never had a bad meal here.

We celebrated our anniversary at Firebirds Wood FireGrill and they did not disappoint. Besides the excellent service, the food was delicious! My wife and I both had the Caesar Salad (perfectly dressed) that was delicious then we had surf and turf for dinner which was outstanding. The Restaurant even surprised us with an anniversary dessert.

Absolutely love this place. Food was delicious. Service was perfect. Call cocktails were tasty.

This was a last minute decision to eat here due to logistics and the waiter did a great job accommodating our American fare order - burger., etc.. It was fair-to good and allowed my business/friend meeting to be a success so we can catch up for 2.5 hours...

Very good. Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were excellent.

Our food was wonderful and our server even better. She was personable and offered suggestions. She also answered all of our questions.

We went to Firebirds’s in Chaddsford PA for my Mother’s Birthday! Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the salads were fresh! The waitress brought my Mother’s dessert with a birthday candle which was very nice of her! We will be coming back! Great place to be especially during this time!

The food and service was outstanding. The wood fire grilled bass and the rice pilaf was perfectly seasoned and very tasty. The atmosphere was elegant and family friendly. Will definitely be visiting again.

New server he tried very hard snd will get there. Bar was slow very slow in getting drinks out. My husbands food came cold like refrig cold but was quickly heated?? My Prime rib was good. Their new menus eliminates a lot of what was included prior like a salad and a second side, I get it with costs. Still like this place in general will try again

Food wasn’t bad but several in our party found their main item (steak, salmon) a little bland. One person who got ribs loved them. Sides were pretty good.

Oh my word that it was the best dinner I’ve had in a very long time. Definitely will be coming back

We had a bad experience earlier in the summer with the service and decided to give it another try. Nothing has changed, we sat there forever waiting for our food, the server finally came over to apologize and advised the kitchen had lost our ticket.

This was my first time here. The food and service was very wonderful. I will surely be back!!

As usual our meals were fantastic! My sister had the grilled salmon entree with potatoes and veggies and I the Cobb salad. Even the garlic dressing recommended on the menu was very good. Our waiter Phil did an outstanding job with just enough attention but not annoying! Two other gentlemen stopped by our table to check on how we were enjoying our meals, but did not identify who they were.....managers I assume.

Limited menu - steakhouse with NO NY STRIP??? Bull crap.

The food was exceptional. Didn't realize it was a scratch kitchen. The service, ambiance, drinks, and food was of a high standard. We are picky when it comes to quality and were pleasantly surprised. Will definitely go back.

My wife's fish dinner was excellent our Caesar salads most enjoyable my 16 oz aged rib eye I asked for medium rare came out dark purple inside essentially raw.. they took it back and apologized and grilled it further the temperature of the meat was acceptable then but by this point is drying .. I feel the piece of meat for the price was not a prime piece of eye round so disappointed in the food the waiter was outstanding and the rest of the wait staff

I always look forward to eating at Firebirds. Although my pepper encrusted sirloin could have been more tender, it was extremely tasty. My husband said his filet was perfect. The baked potatoes were excellent. And - the bread is always delicious.

This review is difficult to write because I’ve always loved this restaurant.
Reservations were made well in advance yet our table was three feet from the front desk check. We arrived and were seated around 6:20. Our table was dirty and we had to ask the hostess to please clean it.
The server came over within a few minutes and took our drink order. After ten minutes or so, drinks arrived, we were asked if we wanted bread, we replied in the affirmative, we placed our dinner orders. At some point thereafter, two in our party ordered glasses of wine at that point. Several more minutes passed; no wine, no bread. Several more minutes elapsed, wine arrived, still no bread. I was beginning to regret having the crumbs wiped off the table. It was now after 7 pm. I noticed other tables being served, normally. We continued to sit; no sign of our server. At 7:20 I approached the hostess, asking where was our food. In less than 5 minutes, our food arrived. Not quite cold but not hot. How does a baked potato become inedible? My guess is dinners were prepared and never delivered to our table. Room temp salmon, cold & uncooked veg medley. I complained, manager showed up, very apologetic (thank you for that), but we were done. Our evening was ruined. We were told we wouldn’t be charged. In all this time, our server was no where to be found. I’m saddened in that I’ve never before had bad food or service here. Holidays, special occasions, it’s been our go-to choice. Sadly, no more. After this unmitigated disaster, my trust is gone. I will again thank the manager as she seemed genuinely upset and apologetic, but I won’t be back. Oh, by the way, I noticed in the hour plus we sat, servers were rapidly shuttling To Go bags out the front door. Perhaps if we’d ordered out and eaten in our car, we’d at least have been fed with clearly better service.

Very good food attentive service ,nice ambiance. Drinks were very good and reasonably priced. We had 3 different steak dishes ,all delicious. The sea bass was a large portion very moist and very tasty. We’ve been there many times and never had a bad meal ,lunch or dinner

Good took a long time to come out - and we were with hungry kids. But server was excellent and we were outside which is always enjoyable. But food was delicious when it finally came.

Temperature was too cold and atmosphere was too noisy.
Service was very good.

We ate outside around 8:30pm. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Both of our Filets were AMAZING!!
