   Our table was booked for 7pm. The meal started off on the wrong foot as our waitress forgot the birthday girls drink. After ordering for a second time they then said what she ordered wasn’t available as they didn’t have blackcurrant so she said she would just have water but then 5 mins later they said they had found blackcurrant and she could have the drink she originally ordered. We ordered not long after and then starters came at 7:45. The starters were devine we had prawns and lamb skewers, the lamb was incredibly tender. The mains took forever to come, it was like we’d been forgotten about and they didn’t arrive until 8:40. I’m not sure how or why but the table who were seated after us, received their mains before ours and they seemed to take all of the waitresses attention so we sat with dirty plates and empty glasses for a good hour. The rack of lamb Main was really really tough and not very tasty. The vegetable accompaniments were nice though. The steak was average and the chunky chips below average for me. More like frozen chips and not cooked all the way through. Peppercorn sauce was a bit overpowering and i really didn’t enjoy the gubbeen butter but I accept that is just my personal taste as my friend really liked it. The creamed spinach was to die for, sooo tasty! We waited so long for a waiters attention that we decided not to order desserts as it was almost 9:30 by this point and we were up at 4am to catch our flight home. After requesting the bill a waitress brought over a complimentary dessert for the birthday girl which was a really nice touch. The bill came to €222 but I don’t feel like the quality justifies that price tag. We had an absolutely phenomenal meal at FX Buckley the night before so highly recommend that for steaks/meat as we couldn’t fault a thing.

   Great ambiance and location. Some confusion abt when our table was ready. Delicious appetizers and French onion soup, tho the cheese was merely melted, not broiled. Steak was barely warm when delivered and not seared…pity as it was an excellent cut of meat. For the price I expected excellence in food preparation. It was very good, but just not great.

   We were there for my husbands birthday and had been looking forward to it for so long. The staff were lovely and the place was beautiful but I must say I had been looking forward to my steak and was really disappointed with it. I chose the rib eye as it is my favorite but it was too fatty and you couldn’t even eat it as it was so chewy. Everything else was fine but I wouldn’t be going back

   Our waitress Camila was just amazing and so helpful with recommendations on the menu and an asset to Fire! Brian thank you also for the warm welcome it was a pleasure having a catch up Everything was fantastic and certainly wont be our last visit

   I had prawns to start. I would love it if restaurants would take the tail off prawns before serving as they are difficult to remove. I had pork for mains which was delicious. Staff are lovely. We had Leo as our waiter and I couldn’t fault him. I also love the ambiance. Overall I would definitely return

    The Fire restaurant is a lovely place to visit and we were given plenty of time at our Table which was good. However the prices of their wines were very high so buyer beware. The Food was delicious but supplement for Rib eye steak was over the top.

    Brilliant service and brilliant food. Marcel our waiter was amazing and very accommodating. Also we received a complimentary desert as it was our anniversary. WE WILL BE BACK 100%.

    As usual, Fire delivered. It has become a home from home for us. Brian as always, is so welcoming. Food is always hot, which I love. Ambience is amazing. We'll be back soon.

    Beautiful setting. Arrived a little early. Sat at a table in the bar and waited for table. Sat for about 15 minutes never offered a drink. Brought to table. Again place is awesome. Waiter was nice, seemed new, didn’t know the menu. Food was good. Had a bottle of wine, other than initial glass, waiter never came back to pour, so I did. Just expect a little more from such a nice place.

    We went on a Wednesday evening for 5pm and were enjoying our time here relaxing and talking over dinner and wine, the restaurant wasn't that busy but at 7.30 we were presented with the bill without asking for it and were told "we need the table" I could understand if there were people waiting to be seated but there was not and there were a lot of empty tables in the restaurant. We just found it rushed and not comfortable to be told they need the table when there were clearly more seats available in the restaurant. I am tired of this attitude in restaurant lately giving people a 2 or 2 half hour window to eat fool and drink wine in restaurants. I personally go to a restaurant to relax and enjoy my food and wine but this does not seem to be possible in restaurant anymore. We will NOT be going back to this restaurant.

    We just loved it my sea bass was cooked to perfection and my friends pork was to quote her the best she has ever tasted. Our waitress was also lovely and attentive.

    fantastic service never seen so many staff on hand to serve! but not rushed either. the ambience is elegant vibes but also comfortable! the food is absolutely crazily good plenty of it and very good value for money we will be back next year!

    We had a reservation for birthday dinner and absolutely adored the food. Our bartender was a sweet girl from Quebec and she made us amazing drinks while we waited for our table. Recommend wholeheartedly!

    For what was a busy day after an extremely busy weekend, the staff were very polite and couldn't do enough for us. Food was excellent. There was no rush to be off the table and we spent a leisurely 3 hours enjoying our meal with a good gap between courses.

    Impressive venue. Nice food and service. We didn't think the experience was value for money. We felt the portions were a bit mean and the food ordinary. Think this is a place more to be seen then the food being the heart of the place.

    On arrival the welcome was very warm and friendly. We were seated promptly. Waiter came straight away to offer refreshments and then took order. At this point, our waiting staff changed up to 5-6 times and very inconsistent, non personal, seems very transactional in terms of experience. Starter (lamb) was delicious but the t-bone was lacking in taste in my view. At one point we waited for roughly 10 minutes without any waiting staff in our section and we were waiting for service. Once we went back downstairs to depart, again we got a warm and friendly greeting. In short, restaurant staff could be better coordinated and food for same price tastier in nearby restaurants.

    it was a great place to eat! venue is beautiful, we sat on the terrace. all the staff were very polite, a few moments where we found ourselves repeating sentences and orders the the waiter due to what may have been a language barrier (a little frustrating) but none the less nothing major as we were very understanding to it. in all food was excellent but the cocktails were a little disappointing, would definitely go back again for the prawns! boyfriend and i loved it!
