Fire & Smoke
We are a chef driven restaurant with emphasis on fresh local, sustainable products. Our philosophy is simple. We use the best ingredients obtainable to produce the best tasting food possible. We proudly feature Brasstown PRIME beef and the freshest seafood available. We feature a wood fired grill and extensive wine list. Whatever the occasion, from a quiet weeknight dinner to a special private event, let us handle every detail. We will do the work. You sit back and enjoy.
Fire and Smoke NEVER disappoints. We took some out of town guests and they raved about the food and service. Short rib pappardelle and fresh clam chowder are outstanding. Salads are always fresh.
Amazing food. So god we came back the next night. Eat multiple small plates so you don’t miss out on anything.
Can't say enough about our meal at Fire & Smoke. Sat down at the bar and were immediately greeted by Chris, an outstanding, upbeat, friendly bartender who also happens to know the menu like the back of his hand. Chris made us two mean Manhattans and then sold us on the Elk and Short Ribs. We added the Mac & Cheese and all three were absolutely outstanding--the best meal we've had in years! We've already decided will be stopping in to see Chris at least once every time we visit Myrtle Beach in the future. The food and drinks were just THAT good! --Steve & Anna McCool
Perfect as always. Had friends in town and they had been disappointed with their dining experiences in MyrtleBeach till I took them to fire and smoke! Fantastic food and service. Maddix (sp?) was perfectly friendly and attentive.
Chef run business. Interesting menu. Our apps were very good, entrees were good not great. Staff was lovely. One of the best dining experiences in town.
We had two small plates each and was wonderful
If we lived here this would be a frequently visited spot
Have been here several times and never disappointed. Took friends there for the first time and they loved it.
In my opinion, this is not a gastro pub. Maybe the owners are trying to appeal to a certain crowd. However I had a side salad (very fresh) and the wild boar papardelle which were excellent. Our Irish server (name escapes me) was attentive and helpful. Ambience was very casual. Nice little place. Great food!
Food and service were excellent as always. My wife and I have eaten here numerous occasions and have yet to be disappointed with anything. It’s the perfect spot for a special dinner of just a fun evening out to enjoy fantastic cuisine.
Went on probably the busiest day for any restaurant (valentine's day) Service was outstanding, the food was great and there was a very relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend.
My favorite place to eat at Myrtle Beach
Always a great meal. Highly recommended.
Amazing as always! First time going on a Thursday night. Great live entertainment , singer is fantastic !
This was our fourth time to enjoy Fire and Smoke. We love the unusual choices on the menu but we decided on the Rack of Lamb with risotto cake and Duroc Pork Chop with scalloped potato. They were both delicious and tender and beautifully presented but would have been better with some other vegetables on the plate. Very good service too. We will return!
Great service. Great food. Can’t wait to come back. But I need the salted Carmel cheesecake back.
Great meal with great service. Glad I have discovered this restaurant.
As always, we had a grand time, great service, and some of the best food in MB.. however we were taken aback as they charged for us for bread before dinner
Great food, 3 small plates ribs, short ribs scallops and pork belly all delicious. Martinis were expertly made with blue cheese olives. This is a keeper.
Fabulous food! Best on the beach! No one does creme brûlée better! Service is wonderful! Gibron is a great waiter really knows his stuff! Very attentive and helpful.
Very overpriced for mediocre food. Ordered meatloaf for $22. Appetizer, one alcohol beverage, and entree for $65. Don't waste your time or money.
Excellent food. Small plates were quite large. Nice small comfy restaurant
Great as always!
Lots of interesting options at this gastropub, all four of us enjoyed our choices, the singer had a really nice voice ,oldies, not too loud could still carry on private conversation.
Understanding it was New Years Eve. No entertainment. Just seemed like the usual quality of the meals was less. Not up to the usual standards for Fire and Smoke. The only outstanding item was the crab bisque. Good thing we dine there often or might not consider returning.
Has been one of our few faves!! Always delish
The food has been outstanding and consistent each time we have visited. We were disappointed with the service provided by our waiter on this visit though. He was not at all attentive to our table of 2 and only stopped by after taking our order to clear our plates and drop off the check. No bread for the table, no refilling of our drinks and did not stop by after our meal was served to ask how everything was.
Food and drinks were incredible. We will return
The food was incredible. My husband got the burger and stated “every bite was heavenly.” The drinks were creative, high end, and satisfying to a bourbon whiskey connoisseur.
We have wanted to try Fire and Smoke for a while, and finally were able to. Overall it was a good experience. One steak was way overcooked (came out medium, ordered rare) and the restaurant did nothing for the person who was left eating after everyone else had finished due to waiting on a replacement. That could have been handled a little better.
The steaks have a beautiful char on them. Some may not like that...but everyone in our party loved them. Definitely no need for a sauce, but they have them on the menu if wanted. The sides were a bit disappointing. Mashed Potatoes were bland and mine had a golf ball size chunk of potato that was undercooked in them. Mac and cheese was also bland. Mushrooms were good. For small plates the short-rib is fantastic! Wine list is of good size with many options and a decent range of prices.
We will dine with them again at some point.
Food was exquisite! Interesting and varied menu. Beautiful presentations. Service was a little slow. Bathrooms a little funky.
Service is attentive but not intrusive; food is simply exceptional.
Best restaurant in Myrtle Beach. Great food and great service. A little pricey for some but worth it.
A great find in Myrtle Beach. Seek it out for creative, favorable French-inspired food! Excellent ambiance and service.
Always enjoy this neighborhood favorite. Crab cakes are delicious and the fish of day is always great too
Great little spot, cozy, excellent service and food. Definitely recommend!!
Fire and Smoke by far, is our favorite restaurant on the Grand Strand. We've been eating there for several years now and have never been disappointed. And this time was no exception. The food and service were excellent!
Enjoyed our meal. Very interesting and different offerings which were all tasty, including our cocktails. Waitress(es) kindly comped my creme brûlée for my birthday! Would recommend especially for a special occasion.
The meal and experience was wonderful. We’re planning to join you again when we’re back in town.
Our waiter, Gibran, was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and gave us great service.
The food was so very good. We had the soup, one of the best clam chowders ever (and we live in New England!), NY Sirloin and Osso Bucco, both awesome, and a magnificent apple pie cooked and served in a cast iron skillet topped with vanilla bean gelato. SO GOOD. Highly recommend!!!!
