The food was excellent and fairly priced. But my small martini was $27, outrageous. And the noise level was extreme. I would not eat there again.

We checked at 6:40 for a 6:45 appointment. At 6:45, another couple came in for a 6:45 appointment, and they were seated right away. I asked what happened. We were waiting here, and we were first. She did not have an answer. The table for two people is tiny. I asked to be resisted, as it seemed difficult to have food, drinks, and bottles on that small table. The noise level is extremely high, and there is no sound dampening, so talking is very difficult. I ordered ribeye steak and asked it to be seared on both sides. Seared does not mean burned. One side was charred, and the other was not seared. This is very sad for a $65 steak. The waiter seemed to be in a hurry and did not spend time to understand what I needed. Tomorrow we are going to Capito Grill. Should be better experience.

This was the second time I had eaten here on this trip. Food was excellent. Wait staff and management were top level. Great choice for business or pleasure.

Ate here twice while attending a conference in the hotel. Food is absolutely delicious, fresh and flavorful. Service was equally as impressive.

The steak was so overdone I had to send it back. My wife and I both had Caesar salads hers was twice the size as mine and had the greens of the lettuce. Mine was all the white hearts. For some reason the fried calamari and Brussels sprouts were on a bed of cream cheese….unappetizing.

Spacious restaurant located in the Hyatt Regency in Orlando. The beef carpaccio was phenomenal as an appetizer. Went with the Delmonico Ribeye and the Wagyu beef Bolognese as main courses. Also has a very nice wine list, smaller selection but good choices. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal!

I came here for my son's 18th birthday and the food was just perfect. The meat was perfectly cooked for all of us and it was wide enough so that it was both savory and you could also feel the juices of the meat. For the side dishes, the beef carpacchio, the margharita and the calamari were also great eith amazing sauces to pair them up with. There was little to no wait with excellent service. Very happy to have come here and we will again. The server Johnny always kept with with our needs and always came by to ask us if we needed anything. Our food was cleared out the table fast when we were done with it and all of our needs and wants were met. The manager Gokhan was very courteous to us and always seung by to ask if everything was OK and threw in bread kn the side as a compliment. The chef Craig spoiled us with delicious foods, and side dishes and asked us for any extra seasoning, etc. just to bring out the flavour in each and evety dish, definetely the best restaraunt in Orlando and would definetely reccomend to everyone.

I ordered Branzino which was undercooked with parts of it raw and the fish was old - rubbery not flaky. How this fish got prepped then undercooked and then passed inspection on plating suggests just low quality cook staff. I sent the fish back and ordered a simple Bolognese which was tasty but parts of the sauce was cold and the fettuccine base was way overcooked. Frankly I stay in a lot of Hyatt’s around the world and this was literally the worst set of meals I’ve had to date
