   First time in about 6 years that I have been coming to Fionne McCools for the first time our food was terrible. Burgers burnt fries were hot but hard. I am a regular and was disappointed because I raved about your food to friends and they were not impressed.

   Horrible. Didn’t stay to order food…mostly cause waitress never came back to our table after dropping off drinks. Horrible service, waitress seemed miserable with us being there and made absolutely no effort whatsoever to make us feel welcome. We paid for our over prices drinks and left. She had the audacity to give us a dirty look for not leaving her a tip, lol!!!! Never going back.

   Terrible place, Just a scam, this was the advertising I got in mail, and made a reservation for 4 people, when I got there I was told it applies only for take out order. Just to check I made a phone call and ask for take out order, person who answered was confused like she never heard about it, than she said, oh no it only applies to Uber Eats orders. I Couldnt believe it, they advertise promotion but when you get there, they dont recognize it, what a scam "FISH & CHIPS FRENZY Reel in the deal with our Fish & Chips! Enjoy Fionn MacCool’s Fish & Chips for Two when you dine in, or get BOGO Fish & Chips to go! Hurry, before it’s gone!"

   Credit card was billed twice, server was sure it didn’t go through the first time. Beware.

   Made a reservation, 2 adults one child. We asked for a booth with a high chair or booster seat. Hostess tried to seat us at a table with neither. We waited a good 20 minutes before anyone even came to our table. Food came out rather quickly which was great. Food tasted good but I would have liked to have seen more St Patrick’s Day special items. I really wanted beef stew but the only stew they had had mushrooms and I don’t do mushrooms. Advertised live music and dancing all weekend. Not only was there no live music, there was no music at all. And no dancers. I was very disappointed for my daughter and it definitely killed the St Patrick’s vibe.

   The food was good , the services was good. The beer was good. We went there with our toddler but there was no changing table. We had to take her back to the car and change her in the trunk.

   The staff and service was very friendly and professional…… just need to up grade the food

    Terrible, they mess with your reservations and even though you personally go in and choose your table, when you get there it’s been given to someone else. I was there with 20 people and I will take my business elsewhere ! This has happened multiple times and I’m done. Lots of other places to go that actually appreciate your business! Teresa

    Hey Teresa, I'm really sorry you feel this way. We really do appreciate all of our guests business! In order to make the seating fair for ALL of our guests, we seat the guests who booked their reservations earliest closer to the band. I understand you booked your reservation 2 weeks in advance, but most guests booked 3-4 weeks in advance. Some reservations even booked in August.. Your reservation was one of the last ones we accepted, and due to a couple cancellations I was able to put you in a better spot than I originally had you. Lastly when you received your booking confirmation, you should have received the following information. "We accept seating preferences, but under no circumstances will we guarantee a certain table. It will be the restaurants decision where you will be sat."
