Our award winning head chef Francis Martinez executes a menu that honours local producers to deliver contemporary dishes with a soft french influence. From our celebrated sablefish to the finest local beef, from small delicious snacks to robust courses, we aim to create a special experience for every guest.

The attention to detail we seek starts with our local farmers and producers and transcends to our preparation and cooking styles. The team at FinePrint works really hard to give everyone a top notch experience. The ambiance, food quality, presentation, passion, and client service does not go unnoticed. Our server Jules was super knowledgeable about the menu and wine list options. The kitchen can be super accommodating of dietary requirements if you them a heads up in advance. They’ll really try to accommodate. Well done everyone!

One of the best meals I’ve had in Calgary. The ambience was great, service was amazing and the crowd was even better! All men were dressed in suits or tuxedos, ladies were dressed appropriately. It was beautiful. Food was amazing. Will definitely go back
