El restaurante Dressler's es un restaurante contemporáneo de lujo en donde los comensales podrán cenar en el patio, y propone un menú de filetes, mariscos preparados con imaginación y aperitivos creativos, combinados con una extensa lista de vinos y un bar de servicio completo que se especializa en Martinis, oportos y whiskies de malta. El Dressler's cuenta con un grupo de gerentes muy unidos que han trabajado juntos durante muchos años. El chef Scott Hollingsworth, el gerente John Glenn, y el gerente del bar Kevin McNamara, han trabajado con el dueño del restaurante Jon Dressler, durante 17 años en total. Reserve ‘The Treatment Table’ for a fun, social, and delicious dinner experience this week. Gather your crew of up to ten mates and book this table for a tasting tour of our menu offerings, both on and off the menu. Located under our covered patio in the heart of Birkdale Village, we’re the perfect spot to kick back, relax with family or friends, and experience our seafood meant for sharing. All guests at the table must participate in the tasting tour for $70 a person. The best part? The Treatment also raises $5 per guest for the charity we are partnering with at the moment.

Had a table for 7 today’s Mother’s Day lunch. Every plate was absolutely delicious - and I’m not a huge fan of the tapas style menus. The service was outstanding - in fact my wife found out that she was also going to be a grandmother - and the waiter didn’t miss a beat and brought us all a celebratory drink to toast with!

My boyfriend and I went for his birthday, it was our first time there. The staff was awesome from door to table, food was amazing and we had a great night!

We went to Fin and Fino for Mother’s Day dinner Saturday evening. We got the treatment for five people, and it was absolutely fantastic. The fish was cooked perfectly. The flavors were wonderful. The service was outstanding highly recommend.

This is the fifth time we have dined at Birkdale Fin and Fino, and the food has been excellent and the service is stellar! Really enjoy the experience every time!

We came to Fin & Fino to celebrate our anniversary, excited and hopeful based on the glowing reviews we’d read. The ambiance was lively and stylish, and we were genuinely looking forward to a memorable dining experience. Unfortunately, the evening didn’t live up to expectations. We opted for The Treatment, which is supposed to be a chef-curated journey through the menu. It’s an impressive amount of food—eight plates in total—but quantity definitely outweighed quality. Out of the eight dishes, only three truly stood out as flavorful or well-executed. The rest ranged from forgettable to downright disappointing. Some plates felt carelessly composed, others were underseasoned or oddly paired. While the service was friendly and the staff attentive, great hospitality can only do so much when the food misses the mark. It was frustrating to leave a special occasion feeling like we missed out—especially at a place with such a strong reputation. We really wanted to love Fin & Fino, but sadly, this experience didn’t justify the price or the praise.

My mother in law from WV who always orders an app with her meal eats her app then after a few bits of her meal, always takes her meal home. Not tonight! She ate every single bite of her app and meal, then actually ate the newly added to the menu pound cake that was out of this world best pound cake ever. I’d say that speak for how amazing the food is!
