Service was a bit slow and forgot part of the order and we never received it. We did ask for it and were told it was on its way but instead the manager came over and said sorry for it and took it off the bill. No drama, it’s not the end of the world. Would definitely go back. The manager on duty was great and turned out to be her first night flying solo! Hats off to her as she coped very well with a busy and demanding restaurant

From start to finish this can only be described as one of my worst restaurants experiences. We were a little early for our table so we were invited to stand by the bar to wait for our table. We waited and waited and waited for twenty minutes to be served and there was only one person in front of us. We were completely ignored whilst the two people behind the bar looked after the table orders. Food ordered and when it came it was wrong so my wife’s food had to go back. Another order was wrong too and they promised to bring the fries ASAP. They came when we’d all finished our food. My wife’s food came back correct but the plate was full of grease and fries had been microwaved. Everyone’s food looked totally unappetising. The manageress took the cost of my wife’s meal off the bill and the fries which never arrived but nothing for our experience or offered more drinks. Needless to say we will never go back. It felt like they really couldn’t cope with the volume of people.

best to book. It was very busy food was very good service a bit slow and took nearly 1 hr for food to arrive but we didn't order starters and was not a problem played games on phones and watched tv. We were down stairs and had a booth it was a bit cold from the stairs had to put jackets back on. but overall was a great meal and we will go back but next time ask for seats away from the stairs
