Our food was fantastic, and we were pleased with the alcohol program, but the service was super odd and weirdly spaced out--think 15-20 minutes between interactions. A delightful surprise that we weren't expecting is how kid friendly the place seems to be--I'll bring my four year old next time, but be more assertive about service speed.

We absolutely adored this place. I’m plant based myself and my husband is for the most part and it’s not easy to find legitimately healthy vegan options. The food was AMAZING. I’m a foodie myself and I was completely impressed by the options and everything was cooked and prepared to perfection. I got the mushroom parcels and my husband got the burger melt and we both ate every last bite. We also started with the spinach and artichoke dip with gluten free bread- which was divine. Ending the night with the chocolate pie and a hot chocolate with oat milk was just perfect. We hadn’t had a real date night in a while and we will for sure be making our way back. The ONLY bummer was the parking— we ended up being a half an hour late to our reservation because we couldn’t find the place and then we had to park really far away. My guess is when it’s not piled high with snow outside it will be better, but that was a challenge. Overall once we made it inside everything was incredible and exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to go back!

Food was excellent. I had studied the menu beforehand and so was a little disappointed that the dish I was so looking forward to wasn’t available.
Staff were top notch and love the look of the restaurant.
I’ll be back.

Four diners chose the date night special- an appetizer, two entrees, dessert and 1/2 carafe of wine for forty dollars. We were all pleased with the appetizers (yellow pea falafel, wild mushroom parcels) and the mains: ribolito, and lasagne.we ordered a sampler of desserts, and they were interesting and flavorful. The red wine reminded us of house reds we had enjoyed in Italy. An enjoyable meal!

There were very few people in this huge space. The waiter was chewing gum and not very responsive. The place is not cozy...just kind of poorly put together.
Not at all impressed and will not return.

Service was awful - and that’s so disappointing because the food and atmosphere was amazing! They were not busy and we watched our server stand around while we waited to put in a drink order (20 min after receiving menus.) We ordered an item that was labeled Gf (not GFR) and after eating it I asked the server what kind of GF bread they use and she said “oh that isn’t GF....” I felt like garbage for the next 24 hours. Unique restaurant with quality food in a prime location - but not worth going back.

Everyone enjoyed Fig & Farro and would give it 5 stars! Our group loved all the food and spoke very positively about it as well. This was the first time we have used this for an event and the visiting folks in our group said that we definitely should continue to have it as an option.

Thank you,
Julie (c/o the group who attended - their comments)

Portion compared to price not a great value, I will add the flavor was wonderful, server was fantastic and attentive. The children running wild in the play area was distracting. Maybe a evening other than Sunday is quieter.

The Service was painfully slow...seated immediately but waited a good 10 minutes before water or beverage offered. Once order was placed the food arrived about 30 minutes later. No refills offered. The dining area was maybe 1/4 full. The general mood was for guests either waiting for their food or waiting for server to return for payment. Two guests left their table & paid at bar. I will recommend but not if they have plans following the meal.

Wonderful experience, it was a Saturday night, so it was busy. At the same time the wait staff was friendly and kept up with our prodigious water consumption, which can be a challenge with out group! Drinks were amazing -try the Farro-fashioned! and the food was outstanding. Even with many meat-eating humans and three teenagers, everyone was satisfied and the youngest of the kids with us decided the food was so good she wanted to “be a vegetarian from now on and eat here everyday”. I think we all agreed by the end of the meal.
Our group sampled most of the appetizers, the daily flat bread (capresé), the daily soup (a chili), the dry rub fried cauliflower, artichoke dip, and the fried delicata squash. I had the around the world salad after all those and it was incredibly satisfying. I ended up eating the other half the next day for lunch.
Sampling others’ dinners, I would recommend the jackfruit barbacoa, the wild mushroom parcels and their pasta of the day, a mushroom tortellini in a sage cream sauce that was out of this world.
From my dining companions, The kimchi hot pot, the lasagna, and the patty melt were also excellent.

We had a wonderful experience with a very helpful wait person. She took the time to answer our food questions and also was encouraging to come back and try a different meal. Loved finding a place that my vegetarian friend felt that she had so many options and that I as a meat eater loved and would recommend for any food aware person.

Food was ok at best. The rugs on the floor were torn catching feet and chairs. Host brought two of us to a tiny table and acted as though it was a huge concession to go a larger table with the restaurant less than 20% full at 6 PM. This was our second and last attempt to like this place. Too bad! I would love to have a great vegan go to!

We ordered desert at least 20 minutes ago, we’re still waiting for it to come out. This wouldn’t have been a problem if it was communicated to us first, unfortunately it was not. The dinner was very good, but the 15 minute wait to get seated (past our reservation time) and this wait for our desert are too long for normal dining customers.

We were a party of 4 boomer aged foodies, to qualify this review. Absolutely, the plant based offerings were well conceived and, when they arrived, delicious and satisfying. Logistics are hampered, so drinks took a long time to come, orders didn’t arrive intact, and our server, while friendly and casual, missed the mark for precision and clarity. We are in favor of this endeavor doing well, which is why I am taking the time to review. The culinary execution here is excellent. We recommend the delivery is brought up to the same level.

The food wasn't that flavorful. We were really disappointed. The service was speedy and everyone was very nice. But the food just did not live up to our expectations. Especially with the price of the food being so high, I expected the quality to be so much better. But it lacked seasoning and seemed like something I could have just thrown together at home.

For an $80 bill I was expecting a delicious meal, but it was a disappointment. The flavors were extremely lacking. Not to mention I would not have ordered the dessert if I knew it was semi-raw/no bake style of cheesecake as I do not enjoy that kind. I thought it was a vegan version of a standard cheesecake as I assumed it would be communicated if it were otherwise.

All the food is amazing here, the only problem is the portions can be deceptively small, especially on their fixed menus. Some items are very large, like the tacos or beet medallion plate, while others are embarrassingly small, like the falafel. Overall though it is a great restaurant for vegans and omnivores alike.
