Field's Steak and Oyster Bar - Biloxi is already a favorite gulf coast dinning destination highlighting generously seasoned primal cuts seared to perfection in wagyu beef tallow on cast iron skillets.     There were issues with our table assignment and we waited a while before ever being tended to. The general manager actually ended up waiting on our table for more than half of the time before our waitress came. He def made up for it and was extremely kind and tentative. Food was delicious. Highly highly recommend Field’s. Pricy but so worth it.

    Absolutely phenomenal service and great food. Sat at the bar and enjoyed visiting with the staff. Great food but they really made our night. First time here and what an amazing choice. The restaurant manager right from the start was friendly and inviting. A great team all the way around. Will be going back every time we visit Biloxi. Forgot my credit card and the staff went out of their way trying to locate me. A true gem of a restaurant in a city filled with great dining establishments

    Top notch service by Stacey and support staff. The food, menu selection and atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Compares to Jordan River Steamer. This is our new favorite place. If you’re looking for a special night out or just a fabulous dining experience overall, this is it. Looking forward to returning for a weekday prime rib special.

    First time visiting this restaurant. At first we were impressed with the old look of the building and the overall look inside. To start our table wasn’t set but we did select to move there. Items were brought over but plates were left off. It took the waiter forever to come to our table to say hello. No drinks offered. Another guy comes by with our empty cups and asks if anyone has offered us water of which no one has. We finally order a cocktail to wait literally 40 minutes for them to bring me a martini served in a whiskey glass and apologizing saying they were out and he was embarrassed to do. The bartender apparently told the waiter to just bring it to me and we could switch out my glass later. Make a comment and miraculously a glass apppears that they pour my drink into at table side. At this point, the waiter (mind you 40 minutes in) tells us about the specials and runs to go get the menus. We go over the menu and place our order. Refills on water up next. No lie water is poured so aggressively it’s spilling out the top over the table and slammed down to the point I thought the glass would break. Appetizer comes out and put on the table. Waiter hurry’s off for me to sit there until I can see him again because I still don’t have a plate. Oysters are getting cold at this point. Finally flag him down and ask for a plate and hot sauce. Mind you the manager walked by numerous times to see we were sitting for forever to order anything. I would not go back to the restaurant. The service was awful, the food okay, and honestly think you would have just as nice an experience as Outback.

    Waiter was good. Personable .. food was on the margin.. I ordered a waygu steak medium rare.” Cooked medium at best.. when it to the waiter that I never complain about a steak being over cooked, he asked another server to explain .. btw, I’m a food science instructor .. I know what medium rare is supposed to look and taste .. I didn’t argue.. just moved on… the mushroom risotto was gummy and needed salt.. bacon Mac and cheese left a lot to be desired… overall this was truly disappointing… I expect more when the meal costs $210 for 2 people
