   Our server was great. Very friendly and clearly wanted us to have a great experience. The food was very tasty. Initially our meals were not hot when they came out. The flavors were delicious, so we were gonna just let it go, but when the server asked how everything was and my husband mentioned “wonderful but it’s not warm/ hot”. She insisted on rectifying it. We would have been fine if they just warmed it up, but the chef insisted on re making both dishes, which were then fantastic! The mushroom & polenta dish had such a great combination of textures and flavors, really delicious and unique! Overall it was a fantastic experience, and we’ll certainly be back in the future.

   My wife and I have been here several times and always had a great experience. Last night, we were both pretty dissatisfied with our entrees. The charcuteries and cheese platter we had as a starter was great but my deboned chicken had a lot of gristle and was bland. Her swordfish was also a disappointment. It seems to us that the kitchen isn’t what it used to be. I hope they’ll recover but for now, we’re going to stay away.

   We really enjoyed our meal at Fieldings. The chef seems to have a fresh view of ingredients and pairings. Our server was extremely attentive and very helpful. The room became quite loud during the meal. But all the staff seemed eager to check on us and make sure that we were enjoying ourselves and enjoying our food and our beverages. I was extremely impressed with the cherry stuffed quail. And the lamb cannelloni was fantastic. We actually love Fieldings for a date night, but I’m sure dinner with friends it’s just as appropriate there.

   Supposed to be a Valentine's dinner with music but the music was cancelled and we were never told. Showed up with 6 people including two newlyweds and everyone was very disappointed. No decorations or flowers anywhere so it didn't feel like Valentine's day. Lights were too bright as well. For $900 we felt like we should have gone somewhere else that cares.

    Mushroom salad and corn skillet bread was really good, the duck was ok, the goat pappardelle was super, dessert was nothing memorable. All and all a pretty good experience

    My husband and I have been to Fielding’s a few times and love it!! We love to go in on Friday or Saturday for their chef’s choice menu and do the drink pairings. It’s been a wonderful experience and amazing food. A fun way to try new things and not have to choose. The wait staff has been amazing every time as well. They pay attention to your needs and know the food well!

    The staff were friendly and helpful however we were disappointed with the quality of the appetisers. The calamari was almost inedible as it was so hard and the mussels were what I would describe as almost turned. It was a shame as the main meals where tasty and I loved the decor and vibe in the restaurant.

    We had brunch here and the service was awful. The food is a bummer for the price too. It feels like it should be difficult to screw brunch up but alas, they outdid themselves.

    We had a delightful date night out at Fieldings. We loved the artwork and decor. Our server, Jade, was excellent and very on top of everything. We ordered the baby beet salad to share, the goat paparadelle, and the duck confit. All we’re delicious. We topped it all off with the lemon tarte for dessert. I highly recommend going up top to the roof for cocktails to soak in the beauty of the city before dinner.

    Nice space, excellent service this time, food.... ok. Helpings too big, which sometimes makes it less appetizing. Will say I can recommend, but hoping for improvement.

    Christmas Dinner Fixed Price Menu provided exceptionally generous servings. A menu was posted earlier in the holiday season. It listed a different dessert (holiday log) which would have been "lighter" than the evening's dessert (of bourbon ice cream with pecan "pie" wedge). Last year's goose liver, sauteed, was more interesting than the pate served this year. Booths appeared to be reserved for large parties. Bread that was served with the appetizers should have not been cleared before the seafood soup entree. Chef served some entrees, which was a welcome gesture.

    The prime rib was fairly tough and chewy, however the chicken was delicious. The service was definitely lacking. We waited a long time for the main course. There were several waitstaff people who were hanging out talking and joking. When we initially arrived there were only 18 patrons with that number decreasing. Overall, not impressed.

    My family and I went for appetizers and drinks to celebrate my graduation. We believe the waitress was upset we did not get entrees. I ordered a Margarita and specified I wanted the cheapest tequila they had, but the waitress brought me 2 margaritas that ended up being $20 a drink. We believe that was a sneaky way to increase the bill so she would get a larger tip, and we did the appreciate the deception.

    Our evening at Fielding's was the best yet. Service was fantastic even though the server was not only running tables but also making cocktails. The food was very delicious and we even received a little extra touch from the kitchen. We were very pleased with all the staff as they were friendly and very attentive. Thank you Fieldings!

    The waitress was patient and accommodating. The wine was very expensive and the food was good but not worth the price. The elk bolognese was pretty good but the creamed spinach was cold. I sent it back to get heated up but it came back the same temp. The container was a tad warmer but the spinach was barely room temp. Also had the brick chicken which was delicious. The noise level was very high. By the time we left we all had strained vocal cords from trying to talk. I don't think I would recommend Fieldings.

    Prime rib was the toughest piece of meat I’ve ever had. Our swordfish had basically no flavor, disappointing given the price. Our server named Jade was very good though.

    Went there for Thanksgiving since it was one of the only restaurants open on that day. I had the turkey dinner (since it was Thanksgiving and all), and wife had the prime rib (frankly I didn't know that they were offering anything other than the turkey dinner as that was not stated in the ad in the newspaper) and so did our guest. My meal started with a squash bisque which was quite good. It was not very hot, but that was OK with me. They had nice big chunks of bacon in it as well, so that was a real bonus! But, I was a little disappointed in the turkey. The white meat was very good, but dark meat had a funny flavor. Also was disappointed in the dressing. I guess I am spoiled with homemade turkey and stuffing, so I have to give them a push on that one. Mashed potatoes, gravy (what little there was), and cranberries were good! Wife loved the piece of prime rib, and it was HUGE! I tasted a piece and I did also think it was good. It came with a creamed spinach which she also liked. She took half of it home! Our friend also loved his based on how much was left....almost nothing! Overall, the atmosphere was good, but don't come here looking for something in your normal Montana vibe. This is more modern, and reminded me of something down in California catering to the urbanites. We will go there again, but I won't be having the turkey dinner for sure! And PS: the turkey dinner was not bad. It is just something I would not order again.

    Our neighbor treated us to Thanksgiving dinner at Fieldings. From the moment we entered the restaurant, Alise, the hostess, greeted us with her beautiful smile. Grace was our server and is poised, knowledgeable, and professional. There was a bit of confusion with the wine selection but it was quickly and graciously resolved. the turkey dinner was generous and delicious. Without question, we would return for a holiday specialty menu at Fieldings. We plan to return during December for their prime rib entree.

    We were seated right away with our reservation. Our waitress was very sweet. The food was wonderful. We had the fish and duck meals. We noticed a lot of tables were getting the oysters to start. They came in a huge bowl and look good.
